Each comes equipped with cable TV and closet and/or drawer space. The updated Condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room featuring a queen sofa bed. An in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet/cable are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Home away from home

Great place!

This was the perfect place for our family, comfy beds, couches, and cozy! We were close to the pools and gym, could sit out back and watch people golf. Everything was clean and looked great. Will definitely look at staying here again when we go back to Branson.

Nice play to stay

Enjoyed this little place in Branson. Has a nice view in the backyard and has two bathrooms which is a plus. Family all enjoyed the stay. Gave 4 stars due to kitchen missing some items (no paper towels, salt and pepper, oil spray) that would have been nice. Overall would recommend for families.

Great view on the course

Condo was very clean and updated decore. Has a great view to watch the golfers and geese on the pond. Condo Is a little small though from others we have stayed in.

Good price

The condo we stayed in was a bit dated however I don't think it could have been beat for the price. We had a nice stay. It would be much more convenient to be able to check in completely online however we had to go to a separate location to check-in that was not on the same property. Overall we would stay here again.

Nice stay

We stayed here for a long weekend. The check in process is out of the way (5 miles) from where you sre staying. We did find cob webs and a blood stain on the sheets. View was goodand in a nice neighborhood. No extra blankets so bring what you need. exta extra blankets

Family Getaway

The facilities were nice. It was nice to have a kitchen but maybe describe there are no basic kitchen necessities like salt/pepper…sugar/flour etc. The stay was great but this was a bottom floor unit and the one above us ran around until about 3am so very little sleep was had.

Quick Family get away

Good location! Condo could use a few updates. But was clean inside. Under stairs going down to the entry needed some cleaning. Worked great for just our 2 night stay with 4 adults and 4 kids.

Everything was squeaky

The layout of the property was great, even though the bathrooms were small. The furniture felt cheap and was squeaky. There were no additional blankets for the beds. The decor needs to be upgraded, felt cheap. It was not clear that it was the the bottom level of the building. Pool area was super crowded and a little dirty.

The condo

The biggest problem was the lock on the front door wasn't working properly. Their was a big stain on the sofa and the drain in the big bathroom is brocken. As far as everything else it was a very nice place to stay.

Nice but place is a bit outdated. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Sliding door to patio was not good, could barely pull open. Nice location on 17th green but the ac unit was loud to sit on patio. Spacious and owners receptive.

The check in to Thousand Hills never said anything about checking in a location other than the condo. When we got there I called & to check in we had to drive another 10 mins to another location to check in. Other than not be notified of where to check inexactly, it was a great stay! Overall review of Pointe Village

The property is beautiful. The check in process does NOT happen at the property and you do have to travel about 10-12 minutes, one way to Thousand Hills to check in. This information was not explained. And the people at the gate at Pointe Village do not have any information about this rental. The food is good. The room is clean and as expected. The beds are a bit soft for me but overall a good stay. The outdoor pool is shut down after Labor Day and the hot tub, although open, was unable to work so it was a hot bath situation. The indoor pool is nice. The check out process is easy and over text. Good for the price. More info would have made it a perfect stay.

The location of the condo in relation to attractions and activities is excellent. The clubhouse, pool, and restaurant were also superb, clean, and full of friendly staff.Our exact condo was very subpar though. The first thing you do is walk up to a building and find a staircase that goes below ground outside into a cement cellar-like area that is Laiken with spiderwebs. The next issue was that the condo was far from clean with dirty floors, old toys and rappers under and behind furniture, and a humid musty odor. There was no remote to turn the channel on the tv so we were stuck on one channel for 4 days. The tub would not plug so taking a bath was out of the question. One toilet had to be flushed three times every time we used it, and the other bathroom had a backed up smell that would make our family cough while sleeping at night. The yard by the patio is on the edge of what is almost a literal cliff and is very dangerous for children. The fridge was also very out of date and would open on its own from time to time.When I communicated our concerns with our VRBO contact they texted back asking if they could come and check on our concerns. They never did, and the next day texted as if we had never met and said that they hoped our trip was going wonderful so far.

Clean but.. Not as nice as the pictures would have you believe.

This condo gets the job done but needs attention. The condo itself was cleaned well. The issues are that the carpets are shot: stained, stretched out, frayed, which makes them seem dirty even if they're not. The mattress is poor quality, very firm and all springs. Your back definitely feels it the next morning. The sheets & comforters were comfortable & clean. The decor is probably the same age as the mattress.. 1990s? It doesn't feel like the owners have put much energy or money into their rental, because it's very out of date, needs new flooring, new mattresses and a paint job. It's clearly furnished with items they don't value. This gives an unpleasant feeling for guests because it communicates that they are happy to take your money, but don't trust or value you enough to put any money back into it to keep the rental up to date and nice for guests. If you are wanting a very "put-together" cute place, this isn't a good choice for you. If you're okay with "good enough" and you don't mind a worn out carpet, the banged up walls, hodgepodge decor, old and uncomfortable mattresses - if the price and location are right, you might be okay with this one. I encourage the owners of this unit to imagine that each guest is someone who may have spent years saving up for a special get away, perhaps a wedding, anniversary, or rare family trip. They have chosen your unit for this important time. Does your unit reflect gratitude, care or respect to your guests for their patronage?

A break from work.

The condo was great, full stock with pot and pans. I wish they had blockout curtains in master that morning sun was no joke. But other then that it was a wonderful break from life and work to reset.

Branson Weekend

Property was easy to get to. Easy access to everything in Branson. Very clean with just enough room for our party of 8. Kids loved the indoor pool. Adults loved the quietness of the location.
