Condo was so nice and comfortable, it was clean and fresh smelling. All one needs is groceries, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The gondola was a five minute walk from the place. There are many restaurants and stores in the same area. Overall a wonderful stay and Steamboat is a beautiful to visit, and there is a free transit stop that'll take you to town. That was a treat.

Great condo close to slopes!

Our family of six stayed here for a week. The check in and out process was easy, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are comfortable. Ski storage right outside the door is a bonus as is the short walk to the gondola. I highly recommend this condo for easy access to the slopes and hope to stay here again!

Week in the mountains

The condo was very nice. We had 4 bed rooms, could sleep our our crew of six very comfortably.. The only negative thing was that rooms got hot at night and none of the tub/showers had any handrails since we both were in a walker. It made for quick showers. We did not ask about the ADA amenities and there may have been other BR that were available with handrails. Overall the resort was very nice.

The condo was perfect for our family getaway. The space was perfect & the beds were very comfortable! Loved how close it was to the creek at the base of the slopes for the grandkids to play in & also just a short walk to get some gelato. Enjoyed the amenities of the complex, too. We spent a week at Steamboat and this unit was perfect for our family of 5 plus another couple who joined us. Location was perfect, short walk to the gondola/main village and complimentary shuttle service was very convenient to navigate around town. Highly recommended and company was great to work with! Wonderful place!

Our stay was fantastic, from great communication which made arrival and check-in simple, to the welcome note and snacks waiting for us upon entering, to the well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfy beds, and lovely views of beautiful sunny and snowy sunsets. We had two issues with a door that required attention; the first was taken care of promptly, and the second happened at the very end of our stay, so I assume it, too, was dealt with. I also must mention the useful ski rack just outside of the condo and the close proximity to both gondolas—it is so easy and convenient to ski while staying in this condo. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Layout

Stay for five days and four nights with three friends. It was a 4 Bedroom Pl. that was nicely laid out. Kitchen was great living room was great bedrooms were great and comfortable. Short walk to the gondola. The shuttle service was outstanding.

Had a wonderful stay at Snowflower 311. Three couples, three days. The renovations are wonderful, making this spacious condo feel clean, modern, and comfortable. Took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit area, and walked over to Apres Ski Burger Bistro for a great dinner. This is a wonderful place, and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

We stayed here in late September for the food and wine festival. Great location just a few steps from the base area- would be an outstanding choice for ski season. It looks as if the owner has done some major upgrades to the unit- looked very well kept. Main bedroom has a shared patio with the living room that looks towards the flat tops- we took some great family sunset pictures there. The kids loved the bunk bed room. There is a brewery, restaurant, and a little boutique grocery store literally right across the street- made things simple for food and adult refreshment. We would definitely return to this place.

Wonderful place to rest and enjoy Steamboat.

It was so nice to stay some place and have it meet all our expectations. The environment was very laid back and very quiet. We went for a walk every morning and all the paths we took led us to see the beautiful scenery around the condo. This was a last hurrah before my niece gets married in September and we decided on a last minute little family bachelorette trip with her mom, grandma and aunts. We had a wonderful time and would like to return. The beds were very comfortable and all our needs were met. Admittedly, we ate out every night, but did have breakfast in morning. It was very convenient to The Wild Plum across the street, where we could get coffee and other items that we needed. This is an easy choice to decide to stay at this condo.

Excellent condo with beautiful views

This beautiful condo is completely updated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, despite its small size. There were some little snacks waiting for us upon arrival, which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. We had a beautiful view of the hot air balloon festival from the deck while drinking our coffee, another delightful surprise. The only trouble we had was that the front two rooms got pretty hot at night. We were able to put the provided box fans in the windows to cool it off, but that meant leaving the shades open with the lights out front pouring in. I imagine this is only a big issue during the really hot times of the year. You may want to put your heaviest sleepers in these rooms or bring a sleep mask to block out the light. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. We spent lots of time down there. There is a delicious burger joint across the street, definitely try it out. There’s also a little market just across the street in case you want to grab a late night snack or a coffee in the morning. All in all, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be booking with this company again.
