This beautiful suite is set at the back of the house (above garage - 2nd floor upstairs)with access from lane and has everything you would need for a comfortable vacation or work trip. Enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. The compact kitchenette has an induction cooktop, microwave / small oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Comfortable Haven bed, wifi, cable TV, washer/dryer, heated bathroom floors, electric fireplace for those chilly winter evenings, and more.
Other things to note:
-Parking is suited for one regular-sized vehicle. Large vans or extended cab trucks will need to park on the main street (we will provide you instructions).
- The Suite is child-friendly, but please note there are steep stairs and the space is fairly small, so please bring a baby gate for the stairs if your child is in "exploration stage".
- The suite is also pet-friendly, but keep in mind it is a fairly small space and we kindly ask guests to not leave pets unattended and ask that dogs be on-leash when outside the suite.
- Bike storage available (bring your own bike lock)

A quiet and private location close to the beach. Had everything I needed for a short stay. Very clean, modern, comfortable and relaxing space. Onsite parking and pet friendly. Check-in and out was simple and the manager was easy to reach via email or text and responded quickly.
The proximity to the beach, breweries and downtown were great. We were able to walk to most locations. We spent the week in Penticton visiting our daughter, and the carriage house had what we needed to make that stay very enjoyable. Our puppy really appreciated the AC on the hot days. The neighbourhood is residential, and very quiet at night. We would consider this location again!
This is a lovely little property that has all you need for a short stay in Penticton. This is our second time staying at the property and it works out really well for us because of all the amenities it has in a small area. Comfortable and simple - worked really well for us.
The location of this property is ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach and downtown and an easy ride to the KVR for those who enjoy cycling. There is also a secure lock-up area for your bikes. The suite is compact but very efficiently organized. We appreciated the heat pump that kept the room temperature very comfortable.
This is the perfect spot. Safe secure, quiet. Pets allowed! Myself, child and two dogs stayed while visiting family over Xmas had everything we needed !

Such a lovely little self-contained apartment just two blocks from the beach. It has everything you need - including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Well-appointed and comfortable, within walking distance of great coffee shops, local breweries and restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely spot.

Myself, my spouse and our cat enjoyed our week long stay. The space is small, but well utilized and includes bonuses like the heated floor in the bathroom, dishwasher, in suite laundry, the spacious deck and locked gated area for bikes. I was treated to an early check-in after a flight change. There was also prompt helpful communication via text about some questions, sorted out to my satisfaction.
It was very close to our friends place, excatlty as advertised. Cozy and clean. We were able to spend a ton of time with friends and explore penticton and it was just a short walk back to the place when we called it a night. We very much enjoyed ourselves and the place was a great home base for our visit
Had bike storage for us. We rode every day except the day we left, so storage was important. Did not have a bath tub. I am older so like my baths. The shower needs something on the bottom to avoid slipping.

Walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Big enough parking for our truck. Pet friendly. Clean and well stocked. Even had a small balcony that we could enjoy our coffee on.
Tons of places to.walk your dog. The channel is not far to get too and its a good run and people are friendly. But please leash you dog in town and clean up after them. I really appreciated that vrob have places that allow pets. Lets not abuse that.

Pricey for what you get
I shared my opinion of this rental with the Property Manager so some things might have changed.Know that the rental is above the garage and view looks out on the properties across the alley. The balcony door was of a design I’ve not come across before ‘European’ was the explanation. I could not master opening the door and neither could my husband. Good luck. As shown, the sofa is the only place to sit. We could not access the table & chairs on the balcony because we couldn’t get out there. The cupboard above the kitchen sink are high and I (5’ 2”) could only reach 2 of the 4 shelves (no stool provided). The two burner stove is an ‘induction’ stove. The microwave had only brief instructions and I was only able to heat in 30 sec increments. The old 2 cup drip coffee pot had no filters provided that fit.There was one chopping kitchen knife provided, no paring knife. The fan in the bedroom needed a good clean… the bedside light was not plugged in so I had to hunt behind the head board for the extension cord. (The lamp in the living room was foot operated and the switch was found behind the sofa.)The two doors (to the bathroom & washer/dryer) squeaked loudly and hinges needed oiling.I met the owner on the day we arrived. He does ‘wine tours’ and while congenial, only offered to host us if we wanted a wine tour and never said to let him know if we needed anything or had questions. I dealt only with the Property Manager who was helpful and sympathized about the balcony door
Location was perfect, back from the main noise but very close to walk to the lake. Yan was very responsive to our requests and there was some very helpful info on what to do. If we ever come back we'll definitely stay here again.

Very small property, but perfect for 1-2 people. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Property faces other homes, so little privacy if on the deck. Not great location for dog potty breaks unless you want to walk a bit.
This unit was bright, clean and well supplied with everything we needed. I would suggest that the description of the unit should make mention of the fact that it is accessed by a steep staircase. We did appreciate that we were permitted to bring our small non shedding dog..
