Situated on the bank of Lake Canton with a private fishing dock, large covered patio near the waters edge. Split level home with staircase for downstairs bedroom, kitchen and living space.

Great Family Reunion Retreat

The house was a great place for us to stay while attending our family reunion nearby. The river is wonderful, and the house and property were comfortable. The only issues were that we didn’t get the check-in information, despite requesting it twice, until the day of check-in, and the access code was incorrect. We called Joel, and he quickly corrected the problem.

Memorial Day Fun

Our family spent Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful, lake-side home, and enjoyed every moment! The young folks went kayaking and swimming while us more “seasoned” ones hung out on the spacious porch shooting the breeze. The beds were very comfortable… mostly king size which is one reason we chose this home. Kitchen had plenty of room and appliances. Great communication with host, Joel. Would definitely stay again.

So close to Trades Days and beautiful !

An absolutely beautiful home with an incredible view, literally 4 mins from the Canton Trades Days ! It was perfect and my favorite part was the ducks!

Amazing property and views

Quality property, amazing views, convenient to everything, and very responsive owner. There were nine of us in town for a family wedding and this property is a hidden gem. Highly recommend.

First time in Canton

The house, the location was amazing! Met with some family that moved to Canton. It was very cozy and comfortable. The weather being soooo hot it was great place to relax.

Great get Away

The house was amazing. We enjoyed the back porch and feeding the ducks. Beds were very comfortable. There were only two of us but had so many beds. We loved going to First Monday. And the privacy. If I come back to Canton I would definitely rent this house again.

Mom daughter trip

Beautiful hidden gem on lovely small and quiet lake! House was modern, beautiful and clean. The outdoor deck is fabulous and we spent much time out there enjoying all the different families of ducks and especially the one we named Henry who was always alone.. he seemed quite content tho..was a great mom daughter trip and got a granddaughter to join us as well..

FABULOUS!!

This property was PERFECT! We rely on reviews and I was a bit hesitant since there were none. No idea but our stay was amazing. The only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub😊 Highly recommend!!!

Fun Weekend!

We celebrated my husband's Birthday and Father's Day. We had our children and grandsons with us. We had a great time fishing, swimming and using the kayaks/ paddleboard. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future! Joel was very nice and responded quickly to all of our questions.

Shopping/Family Get-Away

My family and I came to Canton for a few days of First Monday shopping along with a little rest and relaxation. The home was great! The location from First Mondays was amazing. Joel was attentive to our needs and answering any questions that I had. The inside of the house was clean, bright, and trendy. My only concern was the stairs for my older parents, but they made it around fine. The view on the lake was really nice and our older kids caught a few fish. We had some great family time on the back deck (which is really nice). Overall, this house is amazing, and our family will definitely be back because we love to go shopping.
