This was such a beautiful house!!! So peaceful and beautiful from inside to the nature outside. The hot tub was a very nice added bonus. We had such a amazing stay will definitely be booking again!!
The cabin was insanely cozy and in a perfect secluded area, with things to do in the area. The house recommended an amazing restaurant. Overall, i would absolutely stay here again.
Everything was nice, clean and quiet just what we were looking for, the upstairs balcony is awesome and the host was very gracious. We have stayed at this property 4x now and will be back if we plan another getaway
This is an ideal place to stay if you’re planning for Canton Trade Days. Nicely appointed, super clean and private. The host was quick to respond and we would def stay here again. Thanks for having us!
Due to unseasonably cold weather we were not able to utilize our reservation. Tho we inquired far in advance owner was inflexible on rescheduling.

Response from VrboOwner on 2 Feb, 2026
Guest requested a refund, reschedule, or credit multiple times within the non-refundable period due to colder-than-preferred weather for her planned activities. The reservation was ultimately not used. We offered a discount on a future stay as an act of good faith which the guest declined. Communication was polite, but expectations did not align with the cancellation policy.
This was an absolutely perfect stay. We loved the cabin and it was exactly what was shown in the photos (we have been burned on that before). The Christmas decorations added that special touch. We are definitely adding this to our favorites. We have stayed in cabins in the Beavers Bend area of OK before but this stay had a better feel and the location was way easier to get to. It was overall what we needed. Just turn off our phones, and enjoy nature.
Cabin is so cozy everything you need is inside. It was raining so we didn’t get to experience the beautiful outdoors but the view from the bed is absolutely gorgeous. I was worried at first because there were no blinds but who needs blinds when you have that to wake up to. The bed was the bomb so comfortable and a lot of pillows that were perfectly comfy!!!!
Really enjoyed staying here. Very quiet and secluded. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely come back again.
This is a perfect location for a quiet getaway for two! The cabin is a perfect size, cozy but not too small. The kitchen has nostalgic 90s vibes and the cutest little range/oven combo. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, etc., but we cook in cast iron a lot, so we brought ours with us. We're used to camping and this was definitely a nice change without changing the pace of our getaway. We really liked all of the natural light that comes inside through the many windows and the skylight windows in the kitchen. The loft upstairs has plenty of space, a very comfortable bed and a smart TV. Downstairs has a smaller TV with DVD player, including a good variety of things to watch (there were BluRays, but the regular ol' DVD player couldn't read them). Outside the cabin, the property itself, was beautifully green, shaded, and peaceful. The birds were fun to watch: Cardinals, Sparrows and even a Woodpecker. The backyard has several places to hang out, but our favorites were the the shaded chair swing and hammock. And of course the hot tub. The only downside to our visit was the issue with the AC, but the owner was very prompt, getting a service tech out there first thing in the morning, and when that didn't fix the issue, the owner brought a portable AC unit and installed it while we were out at dinner that same day. Places we visited: Mill Creek Lake Park, On Target Archery, A Wicked Read, Latham Bakery, Timeless Treasures, Parker's Finds, Native Sn
My stay at Fox Creek Cabin was just what I needed! It was cozy and inviting. The cabin was clean and comfy. Being surrounded by all the trees was peaceful and relaxing. I’ll definitely be bringing my husband back!
I am a 5th generation Texan who loves all things outdoors!
Why they chose this property
It's peaceful, immersed in nature and a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What makes this property unique
This property has been in my family for over 40 years. My great Uncle Edwin, who worked for Texas Instruments his whole career, meticulously built this cabin himself to be a retreat for he and his wife Alma. They enjoyed use of it for many years and I am the 3rd generation owner. I hope this property soothes your soul as much as it has my family!
