This stylish 3 bedroom + den home is located within a prestigious golfing community and overlooks a fairway with a western rear exposure. The Great Room is spacious and contains sofas, matching furniture, flat screen HD TV & DVD player etc. The main living area has recently been enhanced with new paint and fitted with beautiful drapery. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, matching furniture and walk in closet and has also recently been repainted. The Master Bath has separate tub & shower, dual vanities and private W.C. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, matching furniture and walk in closet. This room is enhanced by an attractive bay window. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have 2 twin beds, matching furniture and closets. The Pool Area has a good size covered lanai with table, chairs and loungers. The pool is 28ft L x 14ft W. and can be heated for an additional charge if requested. Rate is $120+tax per week. The home is conveniently located to I-75 giving quick access to shops restaurants and a choice of beaches. The home is also offers high speed wireless Internet connection.
