Mark and Jodi live in Greensboro,NC. Mark was born and raised outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada . Jodi is from East Brunswick, NJ. Mark and Jodi met while at Grad School at Miami of Ohio and both have spent the last twenty five years working in the Senior Living field. They have two kids Spencer and Sally and a dog named Rocky and enjoy coming to Florida to relax and enjoy the sun! Mark and Jodi also have another Airbnb in Pinehurst NC they have successfully owned for more than 5 years.

The area is extremely convenient to local shopping and restaurants and has easy access to the interstate. Centrally located, Bradenton is a short drive to Siesta Key, Ana Maria Island, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and St.Petes.
The communities amenities are first class with a spacious pool, hot tub, playground, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts, basketball courts, doggie park, cornhole and more. Not to mention the Heritage Harbor golf course with the backyard backing onto hole 7.
