Very accommodating and made sure we had a good stay. Issues with the air conditioning was addressed without us having to report it and they found us another house with same amenities as the part would not arrive until the following day. Both houses were fabulous and we appreciated the proactive resolution as we were traveling with two one year olds. Love cape San blas and would book here again.

House was large, comfortable, well appointed, every bedroom has its own bathroom, two balconies plus landing below have amazing unobstructed views of the gorgeous gulf, beach was gorgeous, pool was large and perfect. We loved every minute of our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home, amazing pool and beach access. Only two issues, the ice maker was not working and the pools surface is very rough. One of our children’s feet started bleeding, others got random small, “paper cut” like scratches on their feet. We did have them start wearing socks, as we didn’t have swim shoes. I strongly suggest bringing swim shoes or old socks, as the pool tore holes in the socks after two days.

Great Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at the beach! Great accommodations and proximity to the beach was perfect! Although there was very limited wifi, we made the best of the situation by reading- A LOT! Very family friendly.

From shampoo to beach towels you name it we had it! This place is also the closest to the beach that we have ever stayed! We enjoyed our time so much and everything was amazing!

Best Stay Ever

We have spent many vacations in FL and AL but this was by far our best trip due to the well stocked house with many amenities such as beach towels and beach equipment. Be Our Guest staff were responsive to questions we had and the fresh flowers were a warm welcome. We loved our stay at Fishlips and hope to return!

Great beach getaway

Enjoyed the week at fishlips. Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from all living levels of the home. Every beach toy you’ll need for your stay and an over abundance of items for cooking and dining. The balcony is great for star gazing and the screened in porch listening to the waves crash into the beach made for a pleasant backdrop during lunches.

Perfect home for our extended family vacation. The house was great and stocked with everything you would need! The pool was clean and well maintained. We did pay the extra fee for heating the pool (in March), and it was well worth it since it was a little cool and windy during our stay! We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!

Great House

We had 6 kids under 12 years old and this house is perfect. They were able to freely run back and forth between the pool and beach while the parents relaxed on the beach . The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and there is plenty of room in the house to spread out. We would definitely book this house again .

Everything we dreamed of

The location is fantastic, very quiet and laid back. The pool was so nice that the kids didn’t want to swim in the ocean! There was ample beach gear and pool toys. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and spotting a group of manta rays. The second dishwasher, ice maker and beverage fridge made this our favorite house on the cape!

When we showed up this year, the sand had been pulled out all the way to the dunes. We paid for beachfront but unfortunately, and to no one’s fault, got no beach access from the home :(
