Modern chalet "Agneau", built in 2008. On the outskirts, 700 m from the centre, in a quiet position. Private: small garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path (55 steps) to the house. Shop, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 750 m, railway station "Sion" 15.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées - Tracouet 1 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 50 m, Bisse Vieux 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with cable TV and DVD. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC. 2 balconies, north facing position terrace 50 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (2 cars) at 50 m, height 230 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Chalet toujours aussi spacieux, lumineux, confortable, bien équipé et doté d'une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les nouvelles montées d'escalier, qui rendent l'accès au chalet et au bisse beaucoup plus aisé, ainsi que le lave-vaisselle tout neuf. L'équipe Interhome est toujours aussi accueillante, réactive et prompte à satisfaire rapidement les demandes ou résoudre les petits problèmes.

Es war ein sehr schönes Chalet mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider kommt in den Wintermonaten dort 0% Sonne hin. Die Innenausstattung ist vorzüglich, genügend Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer für mehrere Personen. Leider funktionierte die Heizung an den ersten beiden Tage nicht optimal. Zur Überbrückung haben wir mit Holz angefeuert. Der Fernseher ist zu klein für ein solches grosses Chalet.

Chalet spacieux, lumineux, confortable, bien équipé et doté d'une vue exceptionnelle. La montée d'escalier est "sportive" mais un sentier plus long permet d'éviter les marches. Un grand merci à l'équipe Interhome, toujours aussi sympathique, réactive et prompte à satisfaire rapidement les demandes ou résoudre les petits problèmes. Un regret : que le lave-vaisselle, qui ne lavait qu'à froid (donc mal et sans sécher), n'ait pas pu être dépanné malgré le passage rapide d'un technicien.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in exzellenter Lage mit tollen Blicken ins Rhonetal und die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist groß, in sehr gutem Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Die lange Treppe zum Haus und zum nahen Wanderweg ist etwas mühsam und in keinem guten Zustand (wird aber wohl demnächst erneuert). Dafür sind die Wände und Türen ziemlich schalldicht, sodass kleine Kinder oder Babys die Mitreisenden nicht stören.

schönes und geräumiges Chalet

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, insgesamt sehr grossen Chalet. Alles war sehr sauber, hell und gut eingerichtet. in den Schlafräumen in der unteren Etage gab es keinen W-Lan Empfang, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes haben wir bemerkt, dass der Skibus Richtung Siviez / Nendaz Cewntrum 50 Meter vor der Haus hält, was super war. Da aber keine offizielle Haltestelle ausgewiesen ist, hatten wir dies am Anfang nicht gewusst. Ein negativer Punkt: die Treppen von der Garage zum Chalet hoch sowie vom Chalet weiter hoch zum Fussweg nach Nendaz sind in keinem guten Zustand. Sie sind teilweise stark verrutscht und wenn es glatt oder nass ist, nicht sicher zu begehen.

Top Ausstattung

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Bäder, Küche, Schlafzimmer etc., alles bestens. Praktisch ist auch, dass die Skier in der Garage abgestellt werden können. Heizstäbe für die Skischuhe sind auch praktisch. Ein Kritikpunkt ist die unbeleuchtete Treppe zu den Garagen. Solarzellenlampen sind spät abends aus. Hier sollten strombetriebene Lampen installiert werden.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Treppe zum Haus dürfte besser sein. Schade ist, dass die Kamintüre schnell verrusst ist.

Wij genoten van de rustige ligging en het prachtige uitzicht op het Rhonedal, 's nachts de lichtjes van de stad Sion, de ruime leefruimtes en niet te vergeten de imposante master bedroom. Ook de service van Interhome wisten we te waarderen.

Magnifique chalet

Chalet spacieux de grand confort, construit avec des matériaux et des équipements de grande qualité. Vue imprenable sur Nendaz et la plaine du Rhône. Orienté plein nord, il ne bénéficie toutefois d'aucun ensoleillement selon la saison. L'accès peut être difficile pour certaines personnes et il n'y a pas d'accès direct pour les véhicules.

Skiferien 2020

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung aud hohen Niveau. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut auch zu Fuss in 15 min zum Zentrum umd ca 20 min zur Seilbahn. Werden sicherlich wieder buchen.
