Location agréable
Bien situé, traversant avec deux balcons, possible de tout faire à pied, cuisine simple mais bien équipée. (Attention pas de place de parking attribuée et seulement deux places disponibles pour tout l’immeuble)

L’appartement est très spacieux, bien placé et très bien équipé. La literie est bonne et les trois balcons permettent de profiter du soleil à tout moment de la journée.

Alles ok und funktinonell
Gute Wohnung - zentral gelegen. Küche und Geräte tip top sowie ausreichend Besteck/Geschirr vorhanden. Beleuchtung zu dunkel. Sanitärbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen aber i.o. Nebenkosten für Endreinigung sind pro Person zu entrichten und sind zu hoch angesetzt. Man muss ja vieles vorher selber machen (Müll lehren, Betten abziehen usw.) Es geht alles etwas beengt zu im Winter. Der Platz für Wäsche in den Schränken ist sehr begrenzt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein -> ausreichend .. man schläft ja nur drin.
