Nice apartment

Nice stay with lovely view ,great swimming pool. Unfortunately needs some general maintenance , cleaning of sofa and soft furnishings for example and replacement of some things.

Been here a few times, property is deteriorating year on year with little to no maintenance.

Nice apartment in convenient location

This is our 6th stay in Domaines les Reines and is our favourite location in Nendaz. Apartment D1A is most spacious for 4 people. The apartment is very comfortable and everything works as expected. D1A is most in the same block and floor as the pool. The apartment has an indoor parking space with ample room for a roof box on most vehicles. We have already booked for Christmas 24.

Bon positionnement mais très mal équipé

Appartement très bien localisé, piscine et place de parking trés facilement accessible. En revanche tout est à refaire, canapé taché et hors d'usage, ustensiles de cuisine en état déplorables porte serviette qui pend, éclairage catastrophique. L'appartement mériterait d'être meublé à neuf pour continuer à être loué. Les fondamentaux sont bons mais pas digne d'une location touristique à ce prix

Comfortabel en ruim appartement

Ruim appartement, keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Snel internet en het zwembad op 10 meter loopafstand (op dezelfde verdieping). Balkon zon in de middag (september). Op 5 min loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en Interhome. Overdekte parkeerplaats. Laden van de auto mogelijk op 400m (60KwH).

Agréable séjour avec vue montagnes

Pour les plus: une vue incroyable sur les montagnes, la localisation pour les balades, activités et courses, une terrasse spacieuse, une bonne literie, une baignoire (pratique avec les enfants), la piscine de l'immeuble accessible au bout du couloir et un appartement spacieux. Les moins: la terrasse manque d'intimité par rapport aux voisins quand ils sont là. Il y a eu des travaux dans l'immeuble et ça forait en après-midi. Des petites choses à réparer aussi (rapportées à l'agence).

On revient pour la 3 ème fois dans cet appartement. Piscine au même étage et terrasse. 2 chambres et 3 lits + 1 sofa-lit.

Bon emplacement, équipement médiocre

L'emplacement est excellent, calme et près de tout. Par contre, c'est un appartement de rendement et cela se ressent. Très mal équipé : pas de rideau, équipement/meuble bon marché, très peu d'équipement de cuisine (même pas de gant pour sortir les plats du four). Attention paroi quoi doit communiquer avec l'appartement d'à côté. On entendait tout ce que nos voisins disaient, heureusement ils sont restés qu'une nuit. Dommage, la prochaine fois on louera un autre appartement dans la résidence !

Ruim appartement met 2 grote slaapkamers en mooie living, pal in het centrum, goed voorziene keuken. Het elektrisch koffie-apparaat was niet aanwezig, maar werd op onze vraag nog door Interhome voorzien. Enige minpuntje is de wat kleine badkamer met een hoog bad waar je niet makkelijk in- en uitkomt.

Aan alles is gedacht, je grijpt nooit mis, dat is heerlijk. Verder is het terras dat bij dit appartement heel groot; in de ochtend en vanaf de middag schijnt de zon erop. En dan het uitzicht... waanzinnig! De kans is groot dat wij nog eens terugkomen!

situation calme

Localisation calme, mais l'isolation est mal faite dans le logement. Il manque une bonne séparation sur la terrasse, on n'est pas vraiment chez soi si les voisins sont dehors en même temps que nous. Mais sinon, séjour agréable.

Gutes Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal zu dritt mit einem Kind dort. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu komplett. Schön ist auch das vorhandene, sehr saubere Hallenbad. Die Wohnung könnte zusätzlich mit einem Sonnenschirm sowie kleineren Pfannen ausgestattet sein. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich sie wieder buchen.
