About this property

Very, Very Limited Rentals in the unit

One of the nicest buildings in all of Orange Beach. Porto Del Sol is our second home and only has a few weeks each summer of availability. Friends and family fill up most of our summer. Please feel free to contact me directly if you are interested in staying during one of our few openings. Our unit is not one that has renters coming through week after week, it will feel like you have just walked into someone's home...because you have.

We love to cook and our kitchen reflects that as well. Everything you will need to prepare wonderful meals and enjoy them inside or on our patio. A huge kitchen with seating at the formal dining area, the casual dinner table or at the breakfast bar with 6 stools which provide water views of the boats and dolphins. Our patio has a private gate to enter the pool or marina area.

The master bedroom has water views from the bed along with a full walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. All bedrooms have televisions and the unit features wireless internet access.

Great Place to be a Snowbird

The condo was lovely. I felt right at home from the first day. Kitchen was furnished very well for a chef. Not the best direct beach access but great for boaters.

Beware This property has fragrance plug-ins, if you are sensitive to fragrance this is not for you. This property owner is not nearby, he indicated an hour away, problems take a while to be addressed if at all. Not recommended.

Migrant Fishermen find temporary Home!

After contacting the owners on VRBO, they rented thier wonderful unit to us on a last minute proposal. All of the property was fantastic! Our kids enjoyed the pools, indoor and outdoor, had a great time catching fish off the end of the pier. My wife and her father also loved the fact that they did not have to assist me in launching and recovering our boat every day. It was great to be able to clean the vessel dockside and not have to find a wash place and tow around the OB area. All of the furnishings were excellent and of not les than great quality! Master Bedroom has a beautiful view of the sunrise, if you leave the curtains open. inland beaches, Perdido Pass was only minutes from departing the dock. Truly a Boater's Paradise

This condo is incredible!...

This condo is incredible! Right on the bay with excellent beach access. The property is very private and feels like you're staying at a high end hotel/spa. The owners are unbelievably welcoming and helpful. The views from the master and living room are extremely peaceful and the patio is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the boats float by. The amenities are very high end. We will look no further when returning to the area.

Great Time!!!! This was a great condo and was in a very convenient location. My friends and I spent our Labor Day weekend there and had a wonderful time. This was a very quiet condominium and had a boat dock that we found very useful.

My husband and I had a wonderful "get-away" weekend in this lovely condo. This was by far the most beautiful and well-appointed condo that we have ever had the pleasure of vacationing in, whether in this general area or around the US. Of special note was the kitchen that included every utensil/appliance imaginable to whip up a great meal. Bathroom and view from balcony stunning as well. We saw 3 dolphins from the balcony on our last day there! Definite highlight!

Highly recommend this condo!! We had a wonderful Spring Break!! It's luxury vacation at it's finest!! Granite countertops, open floor plan, split bedroom plan, patio overlooking pool and bay!! Gorgeous setting!! The condo had everything we needed! It rained one day and we were able to swim in the indoor pool!! Convenient location right in Orange Beach, close to fishing, restaurants , shopping, and of course the FloraBama!! Not one of those high rise mega condo's where you have to wait on elevators and lots of rowdy teenagers. There seemed to be a nice mix of children, older adults, teens, etc...Hope to go back again soon!!

My husband and I travel o...

My husband and I travel often and have stayed in many condominiums. This condo was one of the best. It was spacious, bright, great views, easy access to the beach. The kitchen was over the top wonderful. We like to cook and in fact we travel with a knife sharpening stone and small bags of herbs and spices. We never needed them. The kitchen had everything! Other features included great lighting, good wifi, televisions in every bedroom. My parents (both 86 years old), my brother, my husband and I, all loved our stay.

This unit was a very impr...

This unit was a very impressive, resort-like condo with all of the upgrades. The open floor plan and large kitchen/dining room area encouraged hours of family time and relaxation. The view of the marina was spectacular and the location couldn't be better. It was clear that the owners had gone out of their way to make sure our stay was the best, and we will definitely be visiting again!
