Second floor unit with easy access to all the amenities our building offers. We have an indoor pool with a separate hot tub. The sauna is wonderful place to relax. Our new exercise facility is great for all to enjoy. Our outdoor pool is very large and has a kiddie pool attached.
Gorgeous beach views from this unit. Enjoy sitting out on the large L shape balcony while sipping on a cool beverage and looking directly at the beach watching the waves. Our building has 2 elevators for your convenience.
Romar Place is close to all attractions-walk across the street to eat a great Lunch/Dinner at Wolf Bay restaurant. You can walk down the street to hear live music or watch a game on the BIG SCREEN at Live Bait.
Romar Place is only minutes away from all the area's attractions-golfing, shopping, walking, bike riding, fishing, puttputt-just too many things to do..or just enjoy doing nothing at all.

Living Room- Brand New Living Room Furniture which includes a sofa sleeper with gel mattress, recliner and matching loveseat . BRAND NEW 50" 4K Flat Screen tv, blueray dvd/vcr, stereo with cable tv. We have also just replaced the carpet in the living room/dining room with beautiful plank flooring. We have YOUTUBE TV, Netflix and HULU.

Kitchen-Fully equipped with all BRAND NEW full size appliances. WE JUST ADDED GRANITE IN KITCHEN. Crockpots, George Foreman indoor grill, Large boiling pot, Gridle, Rice cooker, Blender, Coffee/Keurig pot, Can opener, 4 slice Toaster, Electric Skillet, Waffle Iron, Brand new air fryer and even spices! We even have liquid cascade for the dishwasher!

Dining Room-table-DINING ROOM SET with 4 chairs and BENCH along with 4 bar stools

Laundry area-BRAND NEW full size washer and dryer with iron/full size ironing board

Main Bedroom-King size mattress with custom drapes/comforter. HD flat screen tv/dvd and cable. Access to large balcony from the master bedroom to watch the sun set. We just replaced the flooring in the master bedroom with plank flooring. It is beautiful flooring.

Second Bedroom-Queen size mattress with BRAND NEW COMFORTER AND DRAPES. New HD Flat screen tv with cable.

Third Bedroom-Queen size mattress with BRAND NEW COMFORTER AND DRAPES. New HD Flat screen tv with cable.

Both bathrooms have GRANITE COUNTERS with blow dryers, towels, wash clothes, hand towels, Q-tips, cotton balls and makeup removal pads.

Balcony-Table and 10 chairs with 2 small chairs for the little ones. Patio furniture for your enjoyment. We have patio furniture that is NOT PLASTIC!!!!!!

Just bring your beach towels and food. Beach chair rentals are available.

Our stay here was great. Only complaint would be there was a pile of debris on the floor in the kitchen, but other than that we had no complaints. Location is excellent, view was excellent, access to the beach was excellent, pool is nice, the inside of the condo was as advertised.

Property was spacious and well kept. The location of the balcony provided wonderful views of the gulf and pool. The units vicinity to the elevators made coming and going a breeze. The property provided everything you needed from the kitchen amenities, multiple pools to the availability of sand toys. We will definitely return!

Family fun condo

Had a lovely visit to Romar Place. Staying on the second floor allows for great views of the beach and not reliant on the elevators—especially during check in times.The unit was well stocked and the air fryer was a little surprise especially for reheating leftovers. The dining room table was nice and spacious—for dining and our 32” puzzle. Roku TV allowed for television watching & WiFi worked perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfy beds and awesome outside furniture for early morning coffee and dolphin watching. Complex is a perfect size with a nice parking lot. We really appreciated not having a parking ramp to deal with. Elevators were quick and carts were helpful for loading up all of our belongings. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice amenity to have with the weather being a little colder. Thanks again Barbara!

Awesome family vacation!

The condo is conveniently located on the second floor so we frequently used the stairs. The condo was well appointed with linens, cookware and comfortable beds. The public areas were clean and well-maintained. We encountered an issue with cleaning in the condo but a quick text to the housekeeping contact resulted in a prompt response and they remedied the issue very quickly. Barbara was easy to work with and we highly recommend this condo. Our family of seven had a fantastic beach vacation!

Quick Orange Beach trip

We had a wonderful visit to Orange Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs...beds are comfy, balcony is great, view is amazing. We enjoyed watching for dolphins when the weather cooperated and even though it rained all day Thursday, it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our day. We didn’t cook much, but Barbara has everything imaginable to prepare anything in her kitchen one would prepare at the beach! Barbara is easy to reach and quick to take care of questions. Rental process is simple. The condo is in a great location. Romar Place is well maintained; hot tub and indoor pool was awesome. Outdoor pool looks great although too cool for us to swim outside. It’s a perfect place to stay! Thank you Barbara!

Older but well-kept

Other than a problem with the patio door locks, we had an excellent stay at a very well-equipped condo. The building is clearly an older building, but the owner has tried to update it with newer mattresses, furniture and bedding. Unlike other panhandle properties we have stayed at, at this location be prepared for a fee to park in their parking lot and a fee to rent the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. I’d suggest investing in your own beach chairs and a portable umbrella. These fees were disclosed in the listing so they weren’t a surprise, but other properties we’ve stayed at in the past have comped them. When we weren’t on the beach or cooking meals, we spent much of our time on the well-appointed balcony with the beautiful view. It was a treat to see dolphins in the water near shore. Overall, a beautiful place to stay!

Spring Break 2022

We had a good time. The walk to the beach was close. Pool was freezing cold during the last week in March so difficult to enjoy. On-site Property Management was a bit helicopter parent….we almost needed to carry around a list of rules to make sure we were following them all. We had 10 condos booked at this same property. This condo was in the middle as far updates and cleanliness. I did have to do some light cleaning before we unpacked especially in the kitchen and master bath. Overall, good trip.

Great condo/great location!

Well appointed condo with a great location. 2nd floor room right off the elevator or down one flight of stairs and around the corner to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat some meals in. Within 1 mile to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and souvenir shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I enjoyed renting in this complex because it was a low density building. It has all the luxuries we wanted while we are on vacation at the beach. It is so close to all the activities we enjoy...bike riding, walking, on the beautiful trails, golfing, putt putt, shopping, fishing or just sitting on the beach. So when we could afford to buy our own vacation home we knew just where we wanted to buy Romar place.

What makes this property unique

The convenience of our unit is what we truly enjoy. We are right above the outdoor pool, so we can watch our grandchildren in the pool while enjoying a cool beverage. We are close to everything in our complex and don't even need to take the elevator.
Walk across the street and eat a delicious meal at brand new Wolf Bay just moved across the street in the old Winzell's, Ruby Slipper, Flipdaddy's or Live Bait.
We are close to all the activities that we enjoy.
