My partner and I had a great stay at this apartment. It’s super cute and was very well maintained and clean. Train noise didn’t bother us at all. Thank you!
It was clean, spacious, well stocked, had lots of windows, quiet. Can walk to downtown ( a bit of a hike) or there are restaurants a block and a half away. Plus, it's located in the Browne's Addition. If you like walking around looking at great views and beautiful old houses - this is the place for you.
Perfect location for highway access to Pullman and other directions
We needed a convenient location in Spokane for late evening check-in after being in Pullman, find eateries and coffee in the morning, and access to the highways. This clean, well-furnished, functional second floor unit in a walkable neighborhood was perfect.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a little trouble with the heater pilot light. but the landlord was very responsive and got the issue fixed very quickly. It's a really nice little place.
My wife and I needed a quiet getaway for our anniversary. We had just gotten over the whole family having COVID and then moving on our actual anniversary. We were exhausted. We need someplace to escape. This lovely apartment right next to downtown Spokane was just what we needed. Right by lots of popular food destinations, in a quiet and historic neighborhood, this place was perfect. Everything was clean and easy. Would absolutely go again.
We came for wknd basketball tournament. We did not spend a lot of time in the place during the day but it served our needs. Cute & clean. We could hear the rumble of the nearby train-but no horn so it didn’t really bother us (plus they provide earplugs) The neighborhood is alot of fixed up nice old houses, but also on the edge of area where there we several homeless .(I think there may have been homeless services nearby . There is also a cute little bar across the street that serves crafted drinks and a couple grocery stores. Just a few minutes from downtown Spokane.
Only a couple negatives: house was a little hard to find at night (streets are a little screwy in that area), and there is a long, narrow staircase up the the apartment, so if you don’t do stairs, this won’t be your place. Would also not recommend leaving things in your car. But other than that;
Adorable - I’d like them to come decorate for me. Well laid-out, squeaky clean, bright & airy. They thought of all sorts of “in case you left it at home” items, kitchen was well stocked (including tea!), and they left some sweet little snacks out. And the water pressure was amazing in the shower! 🙂 Plenty of street parking. Well priced, enjoyable stay. Was a great home base while I house hunted in the area. There are a bunch of cute local restaurants down the street (pizza place is fantastic) - you’ll want to call for reservations at the Italian place before you go.
This was a great place to stay. The location for us was perfect! Just 2 blocks to some great dining places and grocery store in a residential area which was so nice because we didn't want to venture into the City though we were also so close to the City when needed. Straight shot to the golf course where my daughter was golfing at Indian Canyon which was the best part Very clean and exactly as advertised! Train did not bother us because it never blew the horn
