Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 6 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Courchavon" 2 km, railway station "Courchavon" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: market St. Martin (November), Porrentruy, Délemont, Moutier. Please note: car recommended.

Partly renovated in 2020, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove. Shower/WC. Wood heating, boiler. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: mosquito net, hair dryer, logs (extra). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
