**For rent: Charming house of 60 m², located in a quiet environment, close to all amenities.**
This house is ideally located near a bakery, a tobacconist's shop, a hypermarket, a bar, a pizzeria, a burger outlet and the weekly market. On the other side of the road is the lively market every Friday morning.
Just 4 km away you will find the Brognard pond, offering a sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing, pedal boat rides and various water sports activities.
The house has a terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for family barbecues and to enjoy the sun.
Inside you will find a comfortable sofa, TV, wifi connection, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob to prepare delicious meals, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, a bedroom with two double beds and the possibility of adding a third single bed or a travel cot on request.
Pets are allowed on request. In winter, guests can enjoy the ski resort at Ballon d'Alsace, just 45 km away, and then relax back home in front of a roaring fire.

Petite maison conforme à l annonce. Placée Idéalement pour le vélo. Par contre comme il n y a qu une seule chambre, c'est idéal mais seulement pour 2 personnes.

Le gîte est bien aménagé, rien ne manque. Original le mange debout !!

En villégiature pour participer à un championnat de pêche au coup catégorie "handipêche" à Montbéliard. Trajet facile pour rejoindre les lieux de pêche. Avons partagé deux soirées "apéro" avec les propriétaires. Le calme étant requis, avons bien dormi. A renouveler !!
