Not at all what you see

This house is nothing like the pictures. It is very badly abused and needs attention asap. For starters, the floor was disgusting. Just walking on it for a few hours my feet were black. Terrible craftsmanship throughout, door knobs missing, doors broken so bad I was locked INSIDE a bedroom bc the knob didn’t work. Outside table is all jagged and rusted. We got cuts on our legs, nails on front porch stick out and went right through our sneakers, blinds do not close all the way for back slider, place sleeps 6, only had 4 forks…? No strainer, no coffee filters were provided, beds were terrible and need to be replaced or flipped asap, hurricane door broken off hinge, the list goes on. I took pictures of most damages and sent to owners, with a “thanks” and as the time passed I noticed more damage throughout the house. Very disappointed, and certainly would not choose again.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Needs some updates. Service from the office was excellent and Dave from maintenance was very helpful and very customer focused. The table outside needs to be replaced because of the jagged rusted edges. We had a great stay.

Wonderful property and location

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very accommodating when we requested a late checkout which was greatly appreciated since we have a 15 month old. The house was stylish, well kept, clean and had all the amenities we need. It was easily walking distance to the beach (even with a toddler in tow!) and it was great to be able to bring our two pups with us. All in all would highly recommend!

Cute place, easy walk to the beach.

Cute place about 2 blocks from the beach. Easy to walk to, but you have to cross a big road. Be careful and use the public access just south of the property. We got the stink eye walking through a condo area to the beach. Every room has a big TV, internet is reasonable speed. Its on the far south end of PCB, so most of the bigger attractions are a drive away, but there are plenty of smaller local restaurants. The house has been updated on the inside per the pictures, but its clear that it was inexpensively done and there were some minor maintenance issues. Its not a big complaint at the price, but the pictures obviously don’t show everything. We were at the property just over a month.

Cozy beach cottage!

The property was beautiful and located just a very short like 3 minute walk to the beach. It was just spacious, cozy and relaxing. Would most definitely stay again.

Great overall

The beds are old, loud, and bouncy, so I didn't get good sleep. Many of the doors are lopsided, so they're hard to close, the house is missing a few kitchen tools (like oven mitts,) and the walls are super thin. Other than those minor issues, the house was great!
