The Space:

This Grand Champions condo (#15 in building #2) is located in the heart of beautiful Wailea, a short walk to the beach, and in the middle of the renowned Blue Golf Course. South Maui, with the best weather in the world, is the ideal location for your Island vacation. Should you want to use your gourmet skills, the kitchen is fully equipped. If you would rather dine out, great restaurants, at a wide range of styles and prices, are located nearby, many within walking distance.



The peace and quiet of this lovely 1148 sq. ft. tree-top level retreat will welcome you and provide privacy and serenity, plus cool tropical breezes. Vaulted ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness and ceiling fans throughout allow the Maui breezes to flow through (A/C is also available if you need it). The very private lanai faces a lush flowering tree landscape and colorful tropical birds will eagerly visit you on the lanai if you tempt them with crumbs. Grand Champions Villas consists of just 188 units.



Recreation:



An array of beach equipment is available for your use, including noodles, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and towels. Wailea's white-sand beaches are close by as well as excellent places to snorkel to see colorful fish and sea turtles. Two luxury pools (one a 'quiet pool' and the other where kids can be more rambunctious), hot tubs with Jacuzzi, and gas grills are located within the complex for the exclusive use of guests.



If golf or tennis is your thing, you are surrounded by a world-class Resort Golf Course, and adjacent to a Tennis Club that hosts many of the major amateur and professional tennis events. In addition to the Wailea Old Blue course, the Wailea Emerald course (an especially beautiful course) is close by as well as the Wailea Gold course.



Just 15 drive minutes down the road in one direction is the Maui Nui golf course and one can walk to the clubhouse for the Wailea Blue course. An ideal location for golf!



A casual sunset walk along a white sandy beach followed by an exquisite meal at one of the many ocean front restaurants nearby should mark the end of a perfect day in Paradise—and you get to do it all again the next day!



With 85% of days being sunny and only perhaps 15” of rain per year (mostly in Winter) in this part of Maui, one can enjoy golf or other outdoor activities most every day.



It is also near the Wailea shops for luxury shopping.

Instead, cleaning crew was still in unit when we arrived and entered at check in, so we were asked to come back 30 minutes later. Otherwise everything was good. Wonderful and spacious apartment

We had an amazing stay, thank you! The location is minutes away from fantastic beaches and great restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with anything you may need and is so spacious and tranquil. We enjoyed our short stay at Wailea Serenity. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. The unit had everything we needed and more. It was nice to have all of the beach gear, even though we didn’t use it. Jude was super helpful anytime I had any questions. We would certainly rent this unit and from Jude again.

Everything was as pictured! Very spacious and located in a very quiet area. It was also still close to a grocery store and lots of food options. Beach was definitely a bit of a walk at 25 minutes but very close driving distance. My only complaint is the second bathroom shower head did not have good pressure. But thats a super minor complaint! Otherwise loved the place and loved the gift basket they left us!

The unit was everything stated and more! The beach equipment was in pristine shape. The beds were extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent! Close proximity to The Wailea Shops. We were able to play some tennis, but be prepared to pay 100 for 1.5 hours of court time & rentalsWe had friends who stayed at Polo (on the beach), they left early, & offered their place to us. We declined to spend the night since our place was more comfortable and way more quiet. We would definitely stay again especially for the price!

Paradise indeed

My family and I love returning to Wailea yearly and we often stay at different condos or hotels in the area. This unit was exactly what we needed and more than we could've imagined. Perfect place for us in paradise

We hope to come back to Wailea Serenity again…had everything we needed and was close to most things we wanted to do. Big, airy rooms with high ceilings, well supplied kitchen, and big washer and dryer capacity. The welcome basket and at least a few days worth of all the essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, and coffee was a life saver as our flight arrived too late to head to the store and we were so tired after the flight from the east coast. Nice to be able to chill that first morning. Jude was very accommodating. Great stay and thank you!
