*New Furniture throughout!! This two-bedroom, two-bath garden-view condo has just been remodeled with all new furniture throughout each room in the condo. The primary bedroom and the guest bedroom both have Cal-King beds plus the living includes a queen sofa sleeper allowing this unit to sleep up to six guests. This ground-floor unit is tiled in all of the common areas and carpeted in the bedrooms. The living area is a great place to entertain and hang out with friends and family. This unit has wireless internet. Enjoy close proximity to all Wailea has to offer including Golf, Shopping, and Dining.

Brand new high-end furniture package throughout the entire condo as of Jan 2023 which included Jefferson Plush Cal-King mattresses.

The primary bedroom features a microwave and a new mini-fridge

New table and four new chairs to the lanai which allows for outdoor seating for 7

Beach time!

Landlocked and looking for a winter beach getaway. This condo didn’t disappoint. It was within easy walking distance to multiple lovely beaches where the swimming and sunbathing were perfect. The house had all the essentials for us to cook for ourselves all week. We rented a car and drove in every direction to enjoy the other offerings of Maui after enjoying the beach each morning.

clean and comfortable

The condo was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella in the condo. We had a light in the bathroom that was out and they came and fixed it right away.

Perfect location and safe community

We had a lovely stay in this condo. The property has a guard and multiple pools, hot tubs, and barbecues. We especially enjoyed the adults only pool with an ocean view. Our unit was clean but straight out of the 1970's. It is a no frills 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit but gets the job done. We appreciated a washer and dryer, and the wall AC units for the bedrooms worked great. There are a few beach chairs, an umbrella, and a shade structure you can take to the beach, but no beach towels or snorkel gear. Bathrooms come with a bar of soap and shampoo, but no conditioner. We really enjoyed being walking distance to many of the Wailea shops (especially Akamai Coffee).
