Modern, beautiful, luxurious 2-family house "Melina", built in 2009. On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Single garage. Shop 500 m, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 2.5 km, cable car 2.5 km, ski lift 2.5 km, ski school 2.5 km, cross country ski track 500 m.
4-room maisonette 115 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. Floor heating. Schönes Apartment mit großartiger Aussicht

Wir haben dieses Apartment für unseren Skiurlaub gebucht. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, am Rande von Laax. Die Bushaltestelle sieht man aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster, allerdings muss man ein paar Schritte die Straße runterlaufen. Wir haben ein Depot an der Liftstation gemietet, daher hatten wir kein Thema mit dem Equipment. Es ist zu beachten, es gibt keinen Skiraum im Haus, sowie keine Waschmaschine (dies habe ich bei der Buchung leider nicht beachtet). Das Apartment hat Südausrichtung. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Küchenausstattung ist besonders zu erwähnen - so gut ausgestattete Küche in einem Ferienapartment hat man selten. Einfach unschlagbar. Wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Exzellente Unterkunft mit grossartigem Blick auf Laax. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Einzig einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle haben wir vermisst. Dafür war alles sehr modern, und es gab einen Steamer (zusätzlich zum Backofen). Toll auch das gepflegte Bücherregal mit Belletristik in vier Sprachen!

Beste Basis für traumhafte Ferien

Schönes Haus, wenn Treppensteigen kein Problem ist. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet, sauber und in die Dinge sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und eine gute Ausgangslage. Beste Voraussetzungen für einen traumhaften Herbsturlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Glück, konnten wir noch zwei Tage verlängern.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem modernen, perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Mit Weitblick über Laax und die umliegenden Berge. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Was wir vermissten war eine Wäsche-Aufhänge-Vorrichtung. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ski weekend in Laax

Apartment Melina worked really well for us as a base for a boys ski weekend. Especially as we spent more time in the property than originally planned due to the closure of the mountain.

Schönes Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für 4 - max. 6 Personen geeignet und hat alles, was für ein Aufenthalt im Winter benötigt wird. Im 1. OG, das über Aussentreppen erreicht wird, befindet sich der großzügige offene Wohn-Essbereich mit Diele, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Über eine Treppe erreicht man die 3 Schlafzimmer und die zwei Bäder mit Toiletten im 2. OG. 1,2 km bis in den Ort Laax und 2,3 km bis zur Talstation Laax machen das Ganze logistisch angenehm und überschaubar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

A super place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything is modern and clean. Location is close to the bus stop for the ski bus and easy to get to Laax or Falera. I would recommend staying here and would stay again, if available. Do note that there is no washing machine which was a minor annoyance.

Wonderful location

A great place to stay of skiing in the Laax region. A bus stop to the lifts was only a 5 minute walk. The host was very welcoming. The home had everything we needed. I would stay there again.
