The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a clear view to the south of Remigiuskirche, Rhine Valley, Valstal, Piz Mundaun and Signina group. In the underground car park, your car is protected from the weather and from there you walk dry into the house, past the washing and drying room with a coin operated machine and the ski storage room.
The comfortable apartment should have a max. 4 pers. be occupied. It has a large, newly furnished SchlZi with 2x2m beds and a small. SchlZi with a 1.40x2m bed and a loft bed 1x2m and a wardrobe each. The newly renovated bathroom has a bath with shower, sink with under and u. Mirror cabinet + toilet. The living room with 3-seater + 2-seater couch + 1 armchair has a corner bench with 3 chairs, LCD TV and radio in the dining area.
The separate, brand new kitchen with serving hatch is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven + ceramic hob, coffee machine (pads), sufficient cookware + cutlery, you can use existing spices.
Enjoy: You are in a non-smoking apartment.


-You can forget your car on vacation, leave it dry in the underground car park.
All ways - shopping, eating out, to the chair lift, post office, bus stop, tourist office, sports shop, church - are in max. 7min to walk.

-The house is almost directly on the mountain trail 'Senda sur Silvana' to Laax, a cozy hiking trail cleared even in winter with a stimulating panorama. Hike to Murschetg in 1.5 hours and then take the shuttle bus back to Falera: you will do it again !!

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay in Falera. The flat is more than comfortable und you feel home from the first step into it. Everything is well equipped and you won‘t miss anything.

Superb

Very comfortable and warm flat. Equiped with absolutely everything. Close to the lift, once we worked out the path through the fields, even easier coming back, given there is snow and you can just ski back through those fields; otherwise- about 10 min walk, or 2 min to the bus stop but it only runs twice an hour. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay Thank you, Gerhard

Gezellig, volledig ingericht appartement op een super locatie met adembenemend uitzicht!Op de dag van aankomst konden wij eerder inchecken. De communicatie verliep makkelijk. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het prachtige Falera. De skilift op loopafstand, de halte voor de (gratis) skibus is vlakbij en er zijn meerdere prachtige en goed aangegeven wandelroutes vanuit het dorp.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen super - nicht modern, aber praktisch und sauber. Der Blick von Balkon und Schlafzimmer wirklich ein Traum. Reisezeit Ende April /Anfang Mai ist für alle bestens, die weder Skifahren noch sonstige Bespaßung benötigen: Fast alles von Lift über Lokal bis Bäcker hat geschlossen (nicht nur in Falera) - der Volg-Laden freut sich über Besuch.

Nebst besten Schnee- und Pistenverhältnissen durften wir eine bestens eingerichtete Wohnung beziehen. Alles was man so für eine Winterwoche braucht, war vorhanden. Sauber, gemütlich, zweckmässig. Nach dem Skifahren kann der Apero auf dem perfekt ausgerichteten Balkon genossen werden. Wohnungsübernahme und Abgabe unkompliziert und zügig.. Besten Dank

Gemütliche Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist wir abgebildet und beschrieben. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und auch zweckmäßig. Da sie auf der Südseite im 2. Stück liegt, hat die den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen herrlichen Blick auf die kleine Kapelle am gegenüberliegenden Hügel. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Zu den Mietkosten kommen jedoch recht hohe Preise für die Kurtaxe und die Bettwäsche ( ohne Handtücher) hinzu. Das Skigebiet lädt sich von Falera aus direkt erreichen- ohne Anstehen und Stress, man ist gleich mittendrin.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern von 17 und 15 Jahren) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Falera in den Wintersportferien verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick auf die alte Kirche von Falera. Mit einem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und einem Skikeller ist die An- und Abfahr komfortabel. Der Skishuttlebus bringt einen schnell zum Sessellift, zum Ortskern sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist geräumigt, sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Alles war ausserordentlich sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell, unkompliziert und nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Traumhafte Weihnachten auch ohne Schnee

Die Wohnung sticht mit ihrer Aussicht hervor. Blick auf das Bergpanorama sowie die alte Kirche von Falera. Die zwei Schlafzimmer schätzten wir sehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Den Balkon haben wir täglich benutzt. Da der Parkplatz gleich in der Tiefgarage ist und der Skiraum nebenan, ist alles sehr bequem. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend. Bei einem elektronischen Problem haben sie uns gleich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!
