Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Renovated in 2016, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Bath/bidet/WC. Patio, north facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Grosszügige Ferienwohnung

Grosszügige Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht (knapp) auf den Untersee. Grosses Wohn-/Esszimmer. Liegt etwas am Hang, Parkplätze sind verfügbar. Coop, Ober- und Untersee sowie Bergbahnen gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Eckwohnung gab es ein leichtes Schimmelproblem. Die Duschvorhänge waren geschimmelt, das Holz über dem Fenster auch. Die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer fleckig. Die Betten sehr weich, nichts für schlechte Rücken. Hygiene nicht hervorragend, aber eine preiswerte gute Ferienwohnung.

Gemütliche Wohnung, funktionell eingerichtet und ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, von Toaster bis Fonduepfanne. Gut gelegen, man ist in 5- 10 Minuten überall.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung war geräumig und alles notwendige vorhanden. Herr Wettach am Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Man hört zwar ab und zu die Wasserleitungen im eher älteren Gebäude, aber dies war nicht extrem störend. Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall.

Hat alles was man braucht

Wir (2E,2K(4j+7j) waren 6 Nächte da und waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung bot alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist auch gut. Vom Dorf ins Hotel geht es einfach etwas Bergauf. Es ist alles zu Fuss möglich und das Auto haben wir nie benötigt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt könnte sich ein Einkauf mit dem Auto aber lohnen auf Grund der Steigung und dem möglichen schweren Einkauf. Da die Unterkunft höher gelegen ist, ist die Aussicht dafür extrem schön. Fazit: Gerne wieder!!

Il custode è stato gentilissimo e disponibile e la cucina è rifornita di tutto come bollitore, forno, microonde, tostapane e grill da tavola per raclette e altro! Il negozio di alimentari non è distante da raggiungere a piedi. Posto auto a scelta tra scoperto, coperto o in autormessa. I posteggi esterni in estate non si pagano.
