Rejuvenate, refresh, and enjoy yourself in an oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms with a small 5th bedroom located just off the garage, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, laundry room, sunroom, upstairs deck, with beautiful landscaping, and private walkway to the beach. Our beach house embodies a casual, comfortable, and cozy home to relax, create memories, and spend time with your family. "Sandy toes are not a problem." Located just 1/2 mile south of the Ponte Vedra Inn Club, within a few minutes of the shopping center, and 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Multi Generations! Fit our whole family very comfortably and we enjoyed our stay. View from upstairs deck is fantastic! Really enjoyed the screen porch and the backyard beach. Appreciated the outdoor shower & spicket; washer/dryer worked well.Kitchen: enough dishes & pan for cooking; dishwasher needs updating; lacked spices & basic cooking supplies; not enough garbage bags. Bathrooms: all nice & well supplied; the upstairs Jack/Jill sink had some plugged sink issues; downstairs master has no heat(which we needed); Bedrooms: nice beds and bedding.It is an older home, but very comfortable. We would be happy to stay again and likely will.

This House is amazing. It is right on the beach. It is a rare find. The view is spectacular. A house like this encourages memories that will last a lifetime. The host was so helpful. We will be back. As my grown son said, the house is timeless and our vacation was amazing. Thanks so much.

Family Week at the Beach

Lovely house with direct beach access and a lot of homey character. The house is well equipped for a big group with plenty of beds, and a well outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the screened porch and the beach shower. The living room is comfortable for a large group hanging out together.

Great location, charming home

We had a wonderful stay in PVB with family and friends. The house was well maintained, comfortably furnished, plenty of seating for all. The upper deck was a great place to enjoy a book and view the beach. Coffee on the screen porch was a delightful way to start the morning. We plan to come back!

We had such a wonderful time staying on this property. The neighborhood was beautiful and the access to the beach was right there! It was like they took a New England beach house and placed it in Florida. The weather and water were perfect and we basically had the whole beach to ourselves!
