Ménage très passable à l’arrivée, frigo non nettoyé ainsi que la terrasse, cafetière et égouttoir sale.
Pas d’internet conformément à l’annonce et impossible de se connecter malgré les cartes données par l’agence.
La literie est à revoir, un seul ventilateur pour tout le monde, un seul verre de vin, 2 bols (appartement jusqu’à 6 personnes), pas de cendrier et la table sur la terrasse est beaucoup trop petite pour 4…
La mer n’est pas à 500 mètres à pied mais plutôt à 963 mètres…
Pour le prix, ça mériterait un effort

Appartamento piccolo ma ben tenuto e pulito .Da tenere in considerazione il disagio della mancanza di wi fi e di smart TV (solo canali spagnoli e impossibilità di usare un decoder).Senza aria condizionata e ventilatori va bene al massimo fino ai primi giorni di giugno .Molto rumoroso al mattino presto per i rumori esterni e i condizionatori degli uffici e altri appartamenti sotto le finestre delle camere da letto . Bisogna sempre usare la macchina per raggiungere la spiaggia o il supermercato

Location port empuriabrava
Location calme pres du port qui es beaucoup plus calme que le centre. Les lieux communs sont propres tout comme la location. Proche de la mer du centre . La location est un peu vetuste notamment le canape et la pomme de douche. 2eme fois que je loue cet appartement on s'y sent bien

l'appartement en lui même est très bien confortable, spacieux, bien équipé. Ce qui m'a gênée c'est le manque d'intimité. Les balcons sont trop proches et sans aucune séparation

EL APARTAMENTO SITUADO A 10 MINUTOS ANDANDO DE LA PLAYA. RODEADO DE CANALES POR LOS QUE SE PUEDE DAR UN PASEO EN BARCA. MUY TRANQUILO. CON TODO LO BASICO PARA PODER PASAR UNAS BUENAS VACACIONES. SE PODRIA MEJORAR LA LIMPIEZA. DEBERIA ESTAR MAS CUIDADO POR EL PRECIO QUE COBRAN. PERO ESTUVIMOS BIEN!!
