Bivio im Winter 2023

Positive Überraschung, es wurde ein neuer Kühlschrank installiert, wirklich toll! Zudem sind die Leuchten über dem Esstisch und Schlafzimmer endlich ersetzt! Grosses Potential besteht noch bei den Matratzen, Duvet und Bettzeug. Die Überzüge sind so dünn, dass sie teilweise schon gerissen sind! Wir haben schon gebucht für nächstes Jahr und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn es auch hier bald eine Verbesserung geben würde!

Schöne sonnige Wohnung

+ Wir haben diese Ferien im Utoring 30 sehr genossen! Sehr gemütlich, sonnig und ruhig, schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. - Boden war dreckig: unsere Füsse / Socken wurden schwarz. Wird nur gesaugt und nicht aufgenommen? - Racelette-Öfeli / Fondue-Geschirr hat uns gefehlt. - Auf Booking-Homepage stand bei "Sauna+Schwimmbad" nicht, dass dieses kostenpflichtig ist. Normalerweise wird dies vermerkt. Darüber waren wir recht enttäuscht und haben deshalb auf einen kurzen Saunabesuch verzichtet.

Unterhalt mangelhaft

Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage, leider sehr schlecht unterhalten: Das Schloss an der Wohnungstüre klemmte so stark, dass sich der Schlüssel verbog. Habe das Schloss mit Olivenöl geschmiert, funktioniert nun wieder, muss aber noch mit professionellem Öl geschmiert werden. Auch der verbogene Schlüssel muss ersetzt werden, es besteht sonst die Gefahr, dass er im Schloss abbricht. Im Kühlschrank fehlt die Klappe zum Gefrierfach. Die Kabelabdeckungen bei zwei Deckenleuchten sind defekt.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gab sogar eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive einer schönen Aussicht. Zum Nachbar-Balkon gibt es keine visuelle Schranke. Da aber niemand dort war, für uns kein Problem. Im Winter würde es sowieso keine Rolle spielen. Überraschenderweise war auch WLAN vorhanden. Das Passwort gab es beim Schlüsselhalter auf Nachfrage.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich, alles in einwandfreiem Zustand und sauber. Schöne Aussicht auf den Ort und die Skipiste und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sonnige kleine Wohnung für Zwei

Sehr nahe am Skilift (5 min zu Fuss, kleines schönes Skigebiet mit viel Charme) und auch nahe an der Loipe (2 min, Loipe z.T. im Wald - für Geniesser), per ÖV gut erschlossen. Sehr sonnige Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Betreuung der Wohnung durch Hotel Solaria in Bivio optimal (Schlüssel, Endreinigung, Wäsche.....). Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Tolle Lage, super Aussicht

Zimmeraufteilung war super. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Großer Balkon mit viel Sonne und super Aussicht. Betten waren leider sehr weich und gegen 5 Uhr morgens wird man von lautem Glockenleuten geweckt. Ansonsten hatten wir ein schönes Wochenende.

Emplacement rêvé pour admirer la montagne

Le lieu est idéal pour admirer le paysage et faire des randonnées sans utiliser de voiture Par contre, l’equipement du studio tend à se dégrader, des draps et des serviettes usés, que je n’oserais donner à des invités ! Et pas de Wifi ce qui devient un vrai handicap, à part dans le hall devant la piscine...
