Detached house on the river within walking distance of the village and ski lifts

Bivio is in the ELA park and is the perfect starting point for ski tours and mountain hikes. The small but fine ski area is very snow reliable due to its high altitude. The well-run ski school also offers ski courses for the youngest on the "magic carpet". Once you have arrived, you no longer need your car, since shopping, ski lifts, indoor swimming pool, SPA facilities, restaurants and bars are all within a 5-minute walk. With the included guest card, postbus connections to the Juliers pass and to Salouf behind Savognin are free. Already the road guidance is an impressive experience in the Postbus and the return trip to Bivio after a mountain tour without a car is possible.
The rental property was expanded in 1991 and renovated in 2018 and is located on the ground floor. The interior is made of wood with electrical water and floor heating. The apartment is divided into two main rooms. A bedroom with two single beds and a cabin bed for two adults. The living and dining room is prepared with two beds for adults. The kitchen equipment is designed for at least 6 people. A stove with oven and a filter coffee and a Nespresso capsule machine are ready. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and a small washing machine for in between. The associated property extends as far as the Julia River and invites you to build a snow hut in the snow and to enjoy the fresh scents of Alpine herbs in summer.

Great week in a superb location

We really enjoyed our winter vacation in the small apartment. The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. The ski lift was also only a few hundred meters away.The board games and the electronics kit were also met with great enthusiasm.Many thanks to Alex and Erica.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern 6 Nächte ab Ende Juli. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, wir fanden sie schön und gemütlich. Alles ist da, alles war sauber, Alex ist ein sehr netter Kontakt und reagiert rasch auf Nachfragen. Das Chalet ist sehr ruhig, von der Passstrasse ist kaum etwas hörbar. Wer gerne wandert oder mit dem Bike Touren machen möchte, ist hier richtig. Für uns waren es wunderschöne Tage trotz kühlem Wetter.

Wir haben 10 Tage im Häuschen verbracht mit 3 Kindern von 7-12 Jahren. Es war perfekt. Die Lage ist super! Es gibt genügend Umschwung inkl. Bach, sodass die Kinder draußen spielen können, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt genügend Familientaugliche Wege in der Umgebung. Auch IM Haus, gibt es alles was man braucht - und mehr! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt Spiele, DVDs und Bücher. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, Danke!

Bivio im Sommer

Bivio als Skitouren Resort zu Ostern ist perfekt das wussten wir schon. Im Sommer schön zum Wandern zum Biken manchmal etwas steil.

5 Tage Abschalten und Wandern in Bivio

Sehr schöne Gegend, Natur, Berge, gute Luft, perfekter Ort zum entspannen. Schöne praktische Ferienwohnung mit allem was es braucht. Schöne Lage direkt am Fluss mit Sicht aufs Dorf unf die Berge. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, welche einrm jederzeit bei Fragen oder Anliegen zur Verfügung stehen.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie inkl Baby. Zum zweiten Mal rundum zufrieden in der Wohnung. Besonders der schöne Blick über das Dorf und auf die Piste gefällt uns immer wieder. Die Kinder können wunderbar ohne Verkehr vor der Haustür im Schnee spielen.

Klein aber fein!

Wir verbrachten traumhafte Tage in Bivio. Nach dem Skifahren genossen wir die gemütliche Wohnung & die Abendsonne vor dem Häuschen. Das Häuschen liegt direkt an der Julia, zu Fuss ist man in 3 Minuten beim Skilift. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Wanderurlaub im Val Surses, und auch ins Engadin ist es nur eine halbe Stunde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Der Kontakt zu Alex und Erika im Vorfeld und bei der Ankunft war easy, unsere Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Eine Perle am Julier

Problemlose Abwicklung, Erstklassige Lage abseits der Passstraße, sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Kinder konnten direkt am Haus gefahrlos spielen. Der Gepäcktransport zum Haus ist etwas beschwerlich, aber "viele Hände schnelles Ende".

Alles wunderbar. Lage, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit des Vermieters.... Transparenz des Preises könnte besser sein. Kosten für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung kamen dazu, waren aber im Insrat nich angegeben.

Wahrlich die Perle am Julier

Sehr gemütliches Appartement. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zum Skilift und in den Ort sind es nur wenige Minuten, falls man die herrliche Sonnenterasse in der Nähe des rauschenden Gebirgsbaches überhaupt verlassen will. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert.
