In the resort 300 m from the centre of Benajarafe, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, south facing position. Private: property 500 m2, garden, swimming pool round (4 x 6 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "walking distance", sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location spacieuse et très bien située au calme et à 4 mn à pieds de la plage. Jolie piscine dans un beau jardin paysagé, avec citronnier bananier grenadier.. Interieur un peu vieillissant (par exemple rideau de douche déchiré), mais tout le nécessaire est présent, dont 2 frigo congelateur.

Huset har en god beliggenhed i en mindre by uden de store hoteller og gadehandler. Ingen larm fra restauranter og barer. Huset trænger dog til en grundig rengøring og nye madrasser og lavere hovedpuder, da både unge og ældre fik problemer med ryg og nakke.

Erstmal etwas positives ,wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Service der Firma Interhome .An und Abreise lief perfekt mit der Schlüsselübergabe.Alles pünktlich .Wenn man ein Problem hat ,so wird sich direkt darum gekümmert.Die Lage des Hauses ist ,wenn man ein Auto hat ideal ,man erreicht alles schnell schöne Städte und auch Supermärkte.Das Haus selbst ist in einem nicht so guten Zustand.Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig ,hatten noch 2 leere Bierdosen im Kleiderschrank vom Vorgänger.Die Betten waren unbequem und durchgelegen .Viele Einzelbetten.Im Gesamten Haus roch es nach Feuchtigkeit ,auch in den Schränken.Fliegengitter nicht mehr vorhanden.Backofen war eine kleiner "Minigrill".Postiv war die große Küche und der Blick auf das Meer von der Terasse oben ,die Waschmaschine war auch ok.Der Pool ist besser als keiner #.Treppe des Pools defekt.Viele Stufen im Garten.Tante ist gefallen musste mit der Ambulance abgeholt werden.Der Gärtner war freundlich und ordentlich .Hoffe bei unseren nächsten Reise über interhome klappt es besser.Vielleicht machen die Vermieter mal etwas und investieren .

Iets onder het gemiddelde wat wij gewoon zijn.

Ruim huis en geen "villa" zoals werd vermeld in de brochure. Er zijn idd 12 slaapplaatsen; maar naar eetgelegenheid is dat veel minder. Op de foto staat er een tafel met 8 plaatsen(stoelen) afgebeeld op het boventerras.Maar je kan er maar aan één kant plaats nemen. Op het benedenterras idem. Daar is er gevaar om achteruit te vallen wegens het bordes. Alles is proper maar zeer aftands. De boordjes van het zwembad waren beschadigd. Niet evident met spelende kinderen. We hebben éénmaal geen lopend water gehad. Dat werd binnen de twee uur verholpen. De service en informatie in het immokantoor (Rincon) waren prima.

Muy contento por alquilar esta casa, muy buena ubicacion, todo muy correcto, muy satisfecho con el trato recibido, incluso nos dieron un par de horas más para abandonar la casa. Todo muy limpio y muy bien equipada.

vi har haft en dejlig ferie i dette hus,selve huset er fantastisk til mange mennesker. møbler i huset fremstår som godt brugte, der er 3 toiletter i huset, hvoraf det ene ikke kan anbefales og tage bad i, men alt ialt har der ikke været noget at klage over, dejligt område, der sker ikke så meget, så godt med bil,god strand
