Enjoyed this property! Great size in a great location. Did find some mold growing on the ceilings in both bathrooms, which affected all of us. Overall, we really liked the property - especially the layout, size, location, and amenities.

Big disappointment

Vacasa management was HORRIBLE!! Cleanliness was a 1 star. A previous renter left a can of Mountain Dew in the freezer and it exploded all over the ice and freezer, contaminating everything. Cleaning crew never checked it. We called them and they removed the can, but never cleaned out the ice bucket or the freezer walls. Hairs were in the master bathtub. Unit poorly/ cheaply equipped with not enough plates or silverware or bowls for cooking and serving a meal for 6! NO POT HOLDERS!!!! I called Vacasa agin and they argued with me that pot holders weren’t necessary or required!! Perhaps all future renters should call them from a burn unit regarding a personal injury lawsuit? Pictures are very misleading!! No ocean view except from a 1 1/2 wide unit in the family room. The master view is only of a solid beige wall. So disappointing!! Vacasa was horrible and difficult to deal with! Will never recommend a unit managed by them!

Cozy Bahama Sands Luxury Condo

Unit 910 was very nice! The unit is kept up very nicely! The family room furniture appears to be new and was very clean. Kitchen contained utensils needed to fix breakfast or other meals if you desire. Loved the private balconies off of each bedroom. Nice location as well I would definitely recommend and return soon.
