For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped (9 x 6 m, depth 80 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Private: patio (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking space n 7. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 11 km, railway station 500 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, swimming bay 800 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Natural del Ebro 5 km, parque Portaventura 65 km, Pitch & Putt 2 km. National road N-340 nearby.
5-room terraced house 120 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with dining table, TV, radio, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (135 cm). Shower/WC.
