This beautiful new condo is just minutes away from the beach, providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The open concept kitchen and living room offer plenty of space for entertaining or simply hanging out. You can easily access the beach through the nearby path or park your car for free right by the beach.

Situated in a cozy community, this condo is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Corolla. It is conveniently located between the beach and the sound, giving you quick access to all the amenities you might need for a perfect vacation. You can explore the local village or visit the main shopping areas, observe horses lazing on the beach, take a scenic walk around the Whalehead Club or the Corolla Lighthouse, or go for a swim in the ocean, which is only a 6-8 minute walk away.

Inside the elegant new condo, your entire group can enjoy ample space in the open concept kitchen and living room, or you can make use of the gas BBQ outside. When you're done at the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool, play mini-golf across the street, or engage in a game of volleyball. The community offers plenty of activities for all ages.

This single-level condo provides the perfect accommodations for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and access to a full bathroom from both the bedroom and the common area. Additionally, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

Included with your stay is a starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Shampoo conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided as well as sheets, towels and beach towels.

Check-in starts at 4pm, and we will send you the keycode 24 hours in advance.

Perfect condo

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was nicely stocked with amenities that we found very useful. The condo was spotless and the area very quiet at all times of day. Very convenient to all local attractions.

We are Chris and Lynn Case. We are both professional adults who love to have a great time and relax during our off time. We love to travel, enjoy great food and the company of great friends. We enjoy spending time with our children-ok not really children anymore- but none the less our children.

Why they chose this property

This property for us offered everything we would want we when travel. The inside has everything you need to have a safe, comfortable stay. It's a great area and the scenery is just great. We love that we can walk to the beach or the sound within minutes. We love that we can take a ride down the road, drive on a beach and see horses. How awesome is that????
