After a fun day out and about, wind down by rinsing off in the primary bathroom's walk-in shower before lounging comfortably on one of the Layla memory foam mattresses for the night. The two guest bathrooms have been newly renovated. You will love the new porcelain flooring throughout the main parts of the home. Enjoy the comforts of a home by having a private washer/dryer on-site and cable.

You'll be sitting right at the beach, so don't hesitate to pack your sunscreen, flip-flops, and beach towels to truly make the best out of this location. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and practice your swing at any of the many golf courses nearby. The neighboring Beachwood Golf Club is only half a mile away while Azalea Sands Golf Club is one mile and a half. Try your hand at mini-golf at Hawaiian Rumble Golf & Batting Cages, or experience exciting adventures at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach.

Very Clean and Great view Condo

Family Beach Vacation

We had an awesome week at the property. The views from the balcony were amazing, and we loved all the space for us and the kids. The pools were perfect and the private ramp to the beach made the trips back and forth easy. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice, clean property. Two negatives -- 1) the king mattress badly needs replacement. It's like sleeping in the letter V and my back hurts. 2) For some reason you can't get hot water in the kitchen during the week, only on the weekend. Makes cleaning the kitchen difficult.

It’s was perfect everything was in the room once they sent the text /email. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner it had all the cookware we needed and even able to make a mix drink lol very clean place and nice neighborhood.

Rooms were perfect space and clean. Everyone had their own bathroom so it gave everyone their own privacy. Views were beautiful and location perfect! Wish all the pools were open but we understand maintenance. Will definitely stay again.

Really great accommodations for our crew of 5 adults and 2 kids. Huge beds for everyone so no sleeping on a pullout sofa. 3 nice bathrooms too! The pool and lazy river were cold during our stay in mid June but could be a nice feature. It was quiet indoors and had terrific beach access. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in a family friendly area.

Comfortable and clean condo

We really appreciate the layout of this condo. The 3 bedroom with 3 baths gave us and our guests a private bath adjacent to their bedroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were clean and comfortable. But the oceanfront view from the balcony is the best!

This12th Floor Condo at theBahama Sands was one of the best condos we've ever stayed in in our 50 years of traveling. Parking was very convenient and the keypad entries to the building and condo were secure and easy to use. Luggage carts were readily available. The entire condo was very clean and well equipped throughout. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare full meals. The side-by-side refrigerator was very roomy with an excellent ice and water dispenser. We did have to have the microwave replaced which took 2 days, but that was the only glitch. Note - It wasn't an issue for us, but please be aware that there are dual ovens but neither would likely hold something like a turkey or large roast.The bedrooms were all nicely furnished and the beds had nice fresh linens and were comfortable. Each of the 3 full bathrooms had plenty of towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper and an extra box of facial tissue to start us off. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony watching sunsets and enjoying the unusually warm January weather. We ate lunch at the high top table several times. We didn't use the low Adirondack chairs, but the table height chairs were very comfortable. We even saw about 10-12 dolphins swim by which was an extra treat!! Thank you to the owner for arranging that!! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach in the off season. We are hoping to stay here again later this year.

Taking 77 and 78 year old parents to the beach

My sister and I took my parents to the beach probably for the last time. Daddy is in a wheelchair and has cancer. Neither could climb the stairs so we needed an elevator. The place was perfect. The only complaint t we had was people smoking pot out on their balcony and we could t use ours

Perfect stay with an even better view!

Most of the time, you can find a nice view, but the condo is lacking upgrades to maximize profit. Not this one, everything from the appliance to the bed are updated. Free movie rentals available. Elevators were fast and clean. Only down side I would say are the pools are not heated. Being off season I would of liked to of went swimming but the water was to cold. Not enough to not give 5 stars though. Would definitely stay again!
