Beautiful 2 bedroom lakefront property - with 131' of lakefront property. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open kitchen / living room layout with patio door that open to a large upper deck. The bottom floor is open with pull out couch for extra sleeping room a washer dryer and large open room which also has patio doors that open to the lower deck. The lower deck has a couple of steps that take you to the beautiful lawn area and beach front to water.

Nice house with a great location.

The house had everything we needed and the lake (sorry pond) was great for kayaking and canoeing. I appreciated the window A/C's to take the humidity out of the air. The lake is quiet and just what we were looking for. As a note, when we quickly looked up the nearest grocery store it looked like 50 minutes but actually there is a Hannafords 20 minutes away and if we knew that we could have avoided packing all the food for the ride up.

Perfect summer getaway…

We could not have been happier with this property. The house and yard were well kempt and the views were just wonderful. Such a quiet and peaceful area…nothing but the sound of the loons who visited each morning. The location of the house have a feeling of being secluded but was very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed every minute of it and would love to return next year!

Beautiful spot!

We had a great week on Raymond Pond! The house is in a beautiful location overlooking the pond. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and playing in the big grassy backyard. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely recommend this property!

Our new yearly vacation spot!

So happy we found this gem, this is truly the best lot on the lake! Quiet cove with loons, fish,sunshine and a gorgeous yard with tons of room to spread out for tanning, playing catch with dog and cornhole games. The two decks were such nice places to relax too. The house is adorable, updated and bright and open. We will definitely be back, thank you Chris for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Special lakefront place

This property has an amazing view of the pond. We loved just having coffee from the deck and taking the canoe out. The owners have put a lot of effort into making it a special and welcoming place.
