Family vacation spot

Great place to stay for a family fun week. The the kitchen was well equipped, and they were plenty of spaces for young and old to play. The private beach connected with the property is a block away and a fun swimming area, especially for 3 to 5-year-olds all beds were comfortable all the furniture walls and we loved the screened in porch.

This property had everything we needed for our family gathering of all ages- from 2 mos to 83 years old! Wonderful game room for the kids, a small nearby beach with gradual entry and roped off swimming area, kayaks,nearby restaurants and grocery shopping. Kathleen was an awesome host and very attentive to our needs!

Relaxing getaway for multigenerational group

We spent a great week enjoying this home and the lake. We especially loveed the beach and kayaks, the outdoor seating area and fire pit at the house, and the modern well-equipped kitchen. Kathleen was a great host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

Great for three generations!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable house. The screened in porch and patio with firepit were family favorites to hang out and chat. The game room was a great addition! We rented a boat and kept in on the mooring to enjoy the lake and visits to Frye Island.

A Taste of Maine!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean with beach access and a mooring if you have a boat. The home was only a row away from Sabago Lake. Loved sitting outside by the fire pit at night. Also had air conditioning throughout the house.

Sebago lake

109 Caton Rd. Was very clean and well-equipped. The owner was so nice and responsive to all our questions. The little beach on the lake was perfect for our 5-year-old twins. And the grownups enjoyed kayaking and fishing.

Very clean, kitchen had all the basics and then some. Game room was fun for the kids and adults. The beach was awesome for the kids to swim and play. Kayaks and paddle board added hours of adventure and fun. Breathtaking sunsets! Would return in a heartbeat!

Sebago lake visit

Very nice location very clean and close to town. The lake beach is a short walk with a moring for your boat. Located on the calm end of the lake. Well stock kitchen. Very friendly and responsive host. Great screened in porch and outside patio with a fire pit.

Great Family Memories at the Lake

The house was perfect for our group, ranging from 11 months, 7 and 9 year olds and adults. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room to hang out inside and out. We enjoyed cooking out and the fire pit! The lake beach is a 2 minute walk and most days we were the only ones there. It was clean and refreshing! The boat launch was great too since we could go tubing and enjoy the sunsets!

Great week in Maine

Great house with all the little amenities included. From shampoo in the showers to beach chairs and games, the owner and house provide almost everything you would need. My children loved using the included kayaks and paddle board on the lake. It’s a great location to explore the White Mountains in NH to the west or the coastal towns of Maine to the east.

Amazing time for entire family

We had a great time staying here. Our kids really loved the game room. Location is very nice - short walk to the water. We enjoyed taking family photos by the lake during the sunsets, grilling, making s’mores in the fire pit, playing in the game room, relaxing downstairs watching tv. Not too far from Portland- we also spent a day at Bar Harbor and Acadia national park(couple hour drive from here) Very friendly owner who went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Will definitely revisit.

Visit to Maine, My Home

Pristine home. All of our family enjoyed the home and the attention to detail that the owners paid in the home and items to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The private beach was perfect for swimming and fun in the water with our Grandchildren. I will certainly rent this home again when we are in the Sebago Region. The Perkins Tribe

Fantastic House

I cant say enough about this house. The house is spotless. This home is well equiped with anything you might need for your stay at the lake. We had our 86 year old grandma with us and she uses a walker, it was very easy for her to get around. The lower level was perfect for our older boys to play their video games and music. We would rent this home again in a second.
