This was a great place to stay. Convenient to our purpose for the visit. Near some pretty awesome restaurants and stores. Bill gave us some great places to eat and we weren't disappointed. We will use this house again when we visit next year.

Memphis Ballgame

Very easy resident to find of off the highway, lovely residential neighborhood and very quiet. House is immaculate, large and very nice place to stay. Great place, easy to reserve and highly recommend.

Roomy place in a great neighborhood

Very easy checkin and checkout process. Plenty of space for a larger group to stay and relax. Recently updated with newer showers and bathrooms.

The house was exactly as described. The rooms were large and accommodating to our group of 5 and in fact we had plenty of room for more. Bill checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was safe and convenient to everything. The neighborhood was adorable. Be sure to check out Central Barbeque! It was yummy!

Christmas stay

Family met in Memphis for christmas for 3 days because it was centrally located. It’s everything it says it was in the other reviews. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The host lives next door, which was nice to know that he was there if we had problems--which we did not. Everything was great! Memphis was a very fun 3 night visit, but we could have extended it and still had plenty to do. Thank you!

Great family space

Great location and neighborhood. Convenient drive or Uber to Beale street or Graceland. Host was hospitable and helpful, there was bottled water in the fridge and K cups for coffee. If you don’t want to bring shampoo and soap, he has it all there. Nice big table to play cards or have meals.

Amazing Experience

This house is amazing! It was clean and very spacious! We loved the arrows around the front door that tells you the distance to attractions in the area. The owner greeted us when we arrived and checked on our stay when we left. It is in a great location that is near a lot of attractions. I will definitely check the availability of this location next time we’re in the area visiting family again!

The perfect home away from home

Our family with 7 adults and one toddler came to Memphis for our daughter’s wedding. This home gave us a great place to socialize, rest, and enjoy meals together. It was spacious for this many independent and married ‘children’.Bill is a great host and very responsive when questions or needs arose. We all are thankful for this home away from home.

Large nicely equipped property and responsive manager. The house abuts a freight train line, with some noise at night for those unused to it. Beautiful neighborhood for walking and house-gazing.

This is a truly great place to stay. The home is very clean and much larger than expected. While there were only 4 of us, there is room for much larger groups. It is immaculately clean and well equipped. The home is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and a short drive to Beale Street. We rented many VRBO’s in the past, but none have had a host like Bill. He is very quick to respond to inquiries; he is helpful with advice and just a wonderful host. A short note about Memphis: We felt safe the entire time we were there. Everyone was kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay in this city.
