April answered questions quickly. 3 king beds and 2 queen were great for bringing multiple couples. Close proximity to the University of Memphis athletic facilities, our reason for travel. Enjoyed being able to spend time together in a comfortable environment.

The house was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was located in an area that gave us access to all we needed. I would definitely recommend this house. The only suggestion I have is to possibly upgrade the grill outside

The property was terrible. The pictures does not match what was presented to us. The couches have suspicious stains that looks like that of bodily fluids. The host only could state she was the property manager. She kept asking us to wait until she spoke with the owner, and my children had to endure this. So I spent over 200 dollars on cleaning supplies. There was condoms, trash, and water bottles everywhere. The home was infested with ants. Half of my party had to fight to get rooms while the other half was stuck cleaning and had to wait for another property that was big enough to become available to accommodate us my trip was ruined. My family has not been together in years and this property destroyed our experience, and took half my trip attempting to resolve the issue which never happened. DO NOT book it’s horrible. Walls dirty ceiling has footprints on it sheets has not been washed and washer broken.

We strongly dispute several of the claims made in this review. The guest requested compensation and a refund during the stay. We responded promptly, investigated the concerns raised, and worked through the platform to address the situation. However, many of the most serious allegations appearing in this review—including claims regarding “condoms everywhere” and other sanitation concerns—were never reported to us during the stay and were not supported by any photographs or evidence despite multiple opportunities to provide documentation. Had such conditions existed as described, we would have expected them to be immediately reported and documented. Instead, these allegations appeared for the first time in a public review after the refund request was denied. We take cleanliness and guest concerns seriously and maintain inspection and cleaning procedures for every reservation. We encourage future guests to review our overall history of guest feedback and make their own informed assessment.

Big space, near everything.

The house was big enough for a large family. Basics were supplied. Hostess worked with me on checkout. This house was near a very nice neighborhood on one side and had plenty of parking in the back.
