The 65-square-meter “La Coubre” apartment is located on Avenue de Verdun in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, on the ground floor of a large, quiet house, a 5-minute drive from Bureau Beach—the closest and most central beach in Saint-Palais, near all its shops.

Fully renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen in the entryway (microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster)…
a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (TV, internet), a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a closet, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The terrace is covered, and parking is secure.
