Une excellente localisation

Nous avons séjourné durant la semaine du nouvel an 2024/2025 avec mon épouse et mes enfants. L'appartement est parfaitement situé en plein centre de Saint Gervais avec un parking trÚs pratique. Un petit bémol sur lumiÚre de la hotte et celle au dessus de l'évier qui ne fonctionnent pas et qui complique un peu la préparation de la cuisine

Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ©, mais avec quelques objets manquants. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur et certaines robinetteries dĂ©fectueux. Matelas des deux petits lits Ă  changer ainsi que la batterie de casseroles, le matelas de 140 est neuf. On peut avoir Internet si on loue la box Wifi Ă  l'agence. Un gros problĂšme : les nids d'oiseau sous le toit de la chambre Ă  1 lit; le balcon est rempli de fientes d'oiseau et de cadavres d'oiseau tombĂ©s du nid; je suis sortie pour nettoyer et j'ai pris des crottes sur la tĂȘte ...

Fin lÀgenhet med bra lÀge mitt i hjÀrtat av mysig, livfull stad. Dock tvÄ nackdelar; obekvÀma sÀngar och mkt trÄngt garage. Tvingades montera av vÄr takbox och lÀgga skidorna i bilen hela veckan. Hade fÄtt info om gratis parkering pÄ gatan, men inte att det man bara fick stÄ i 1,5 h och att det alltid var fullt pÄ gatans parkering.

Apartment St Gervais

Great location and great apartment well kitted out. Easily comfortable enough for the five of us and great for cycling in the Alps with plenty of Tour de France routes around the area. Basement secure garage for the car with an individual garage. Good value
