Relaxing 13th for penthouse

Pros: tons of space, great view, good security guards, hot water, internet, big kitchen. Quiet neighborhood Cons: couch needs to be bigger to stretch out watching TV. Great place to chill for 1.5 months, owner and host both were excellent in addressing minor issues/questions during my stay.
