Dream Vacation

My children and I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo in Crescent Beach. The property was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. The views were stunning and created a relaxing, memorable atmosphere for our family. We are very grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the host Greg. Awesome villa, very cozy and clean!

We had an excellent time at this beautiful villa! It has all the essentials and was decorated so beautifully! The information book about the area and great places to visit around the island was extremely helpful (thank you Greg)! We hope to stay again next year!

Great Ocean Views

Property was really nice. The balcony which overlooks the ocean is a peaceful place to have morning coffee or an evening beverage. The resort is kept clean and staff were all friendly. Plan for 1hr 45 travel time due to traffic delays which are very common.

Loved the property! Loved that it was so closed to the beach and pool. This property was beautiful, big and clean. We enjoyed the amazing view of the beach. My family had a great time there and we plan to make future reservations there, god willing.

Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Las Palmas

We have been visiting Puerto Rico for the past 10 years. This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, including paper products, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. The view is gorgeous. The location convenient to the beach and pool! We will be back next year!

We felt very safe in our villa and the whole area of Palmas Del Mar! Greg my host was very helpful with my access entry. And the guys at the security gate were very nice. I will definitely stay at Palmas Del Mar again.

First Time in Puerto Rico – Fantastic Stay!This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and Greg’s condo made it an unforgettable experience. The unit was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including pans, dishes, coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards.What really stood out was Greg’s outstanding communication. I’ve done many VRBO rentals over the years, and Greg was by far the most responsive and helpful host I’ve encountered. He made it clear that we could reach out anytime if we needed anything, and that peace of mind made our stay even more enjoyable.The location is unbeatable—just a quick elevator ride down and you’re steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is beautiful, with ocean views that are hard to beat. The air conditioning kept the condo cool and comfortable throughout our stay.The community amenities were also a highlight. With three pools on the property, there was always plenty of space to relax and unwind.All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend Greg’s condo for anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

We enjoyed our time at Palmas Del Mar. The condo was clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the property is very safe. Greg was easy to work with and we loved the binder he put together with local information regarding restaurants and things to do during our stay. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Clean and well equipped

The unit is clean and very well equipped. There is an abundance of towels and supplies ….more than in many other places we have stayed. The balcony was a great place to hang out and the shape of it ensured you could find a shady spot if you wanted.The only thing we were a little disappointed on were the number of restaurants within walking distance. We did however rent a car which is good because uber/taxi was a little difficult to get. The ones we did go to were awesome!Loved the pools and the friendliness of everyone we met.The property is very well maintained.Would recommend this property!

The location was amazing. We had a main shower issue but since we had two showers it was good. Also the host deducted some $$ off for the inconvenience and he was very accessible. Would recommend the unit and host.

Amazing place.

I must say I was not sure what to expect before we got there once we arrived. We realized this. Place Was absolute heaven. We would definitely recommend this to anyone for in amazing vacation with incredible views and a well run complex. The pool was wonderful. Girls Getaway

FANTASTIC! What an amazing experience. Super clean. Very well laid out. Comfortable and cool with a breathtaking view. Awesome balcony. Wonderful place to stay

The pictures dont give this home justice. The view is amazing the home is beautiful. The staff were on point. The only thing was the elevator it worked when it wanted to but I understand its the property and not the home. Thank u again. Hopefully we can come back soon.
