Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the comforts of this newly remodeled beachfront home in a private, gated beach community. NO OTHER HOME IN THE COMMUNITY PROVIDES THE VIEWS, PROXIMITY AND COMFORTS THAT THIS HOME HAS TO OFFER. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and backyard! Step through double doors in the living room or the master bedroom to two covered porches overlooking the ocean. The home accommodates 10+ people comfortably. The master bedroom, with sweeping views of the ocean, has a king sized, its private bath, and a private porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The home also has a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. There are a total of three bathrooms, all recently remodeled in 2017. The dining room seats 6 at the table plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. Crib and high chair are available for small travelers.

The house has two outdoor covered seating areas to relax and watch the surf breaking on the beach. Whether it is coffee in the morning, a nice cold beer in the afternoon, or wine at night, you will enjoy the ocean breeze.

For large groups up to 22 people, we have another beautiful vacation home nearby that can accommodate another 12 people. Please inquire.

We had a wonderful time with our family and little ones! The beach is steps away, it was so private and it was beautiful Rick was very helpful and responsive every time I texted him! The amenities were bountiful! Pool toys, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards etc. pool and the house were great! Comfy beds and lots of towels. Quiet and secluded, safe community! We loved our neighbors they were so friendly and helpful! It was paradise! So picturesque ! We would definitely come back! Lots of places to eat and food was great!

Perfect! All the amenities you could need. A different type of coffee/ tea maker for everyone's liking. Pool is perfect. Beautiful views! A couple restaurants with in walking distance. Steps to semiprivate beach!We loved Ralph's grocery store. It is about 40min to most activities in San Juan that we did but was fine with a car. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay with our friends at Ricks house. We were a little bummed that the seaweed kept us from the beach and the bio bay but that just means we need to come back. Great Option in Quiet Area

The house fully met our needs and it was stocked with all the extras that made our vacation stay a fantastic experience. The pool was a lifesaver on days when rain made a beach trip difficult. Memorable getaway!
