Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, hydro massage bath with corner bath. Heating. Upper floor: gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), TV and DVD. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Storage for surf boards and bikes. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Lage Top, Einrichtung Flop

Das Haus ist nahe des Südstrands gelegen und somit ideal für Strandbesuche mit den Kindern. Das Haus selbst ist allerdings wie aus den 70igern eingerichtet mit alten Möbeln. Der Grill ist eine Katastrophe und so nicht nutzbar. Man könnte mit kleinen Investitionen schon viel verbessern, aber das scheint nicht im Interesse der Vermieter zu sein, leider.

Ein Traum am Meer ...

Ein grosses Haus mit Terrasse, Waschmaschine und hohen Räumen für eine gute Belüftung und kühle Temperaturen auch bei Hitze (Kamineffekt). Wir waren zu zweit da und hatten daher viel Platz im Haus. Man ist zu Fuss in 3 Minuten am Meer Man hört in diesem Haus nah hinter der Düne noch das Meer rauschen, leise, aber man hört es - wir lieben das! Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, zumindest im Herbst. Einen Schuppen fürs Rad hat es auch und Zufahrts-Tor mit Fernbedienung. Luxus pur für uns gewesen! Danke!

Tolle Lage. Leider alles sehr vergammelt.

Das Haus ist sehr dreckig. Besonders die Schränke von innen. Auch die beiden Holztische könnten eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Die Plastikdecke auf der Terrasse sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Küche war bei unserer Ankunft sehr oberflächlich geputzt. Alles sehr klebrig, Besteck verschmutzt. Das W-LAN funktionierte bei unserer Ankunft nicht, wurde jedoch nach 2 Tagen von einer sehr netten Dame neu eingestellt. Leider fiel es die letzten 3 Tage wieder aus.

Super Lage direkt am Strand

Das Haus liegt perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand. Die Fotos in der Ausschreibung zeigen sehr genau, wie das Haus ist. Wir haben es zu viert sehr genossen. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt und wurde nicht während unseres Aufenthalts ersetzt. Auch die andere technische Ausstattung ist nicht das Beste, aber die Lage und die Räume entschädigen alles.

Das Ferienhaus ist top gelegen am Südstrand. Es bietet viel Platz mit toller Terrasse. Aber, lieber Vermieter, ein paar Reparaturen und Erneuerungen sind dringend geboten, die Klobrille wackelt heftig, die Türklinken ebenfalls, der Schließmechanismus der Schiebetür zur Terrasse ist defekt, die Griffe der Gartentüren sind so verrostet, dass sie ständig abfallen, Tischdecken und Sitzkissen sind versifft und ein Liegestuhl hat Risse. Beseitigen Sie die Mängel, und die Bewertung ist top.

Gutes Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist ideal am Südstrand gelegen!!!! Zur Stadt ist es nicht weit. Perfekte Lage. Das Haus selbst ist gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Nicht mehr das Neuste, aber trotzdem prima! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Satisfaction générale

Problèmes d'évier (évacuation d'eau) et lave-vaisselle H.S. (les eaux usées sont parfois refoulées dans le lave-vaisselle). Un petit meuble d'appoint (guéridon chambre) qui ne supporte pas le poids cumulé d'une serviette de plage et d'une trousse de toilette. et voit son plateau basculer. Il y avait aussi les nappes des deux tables qui ont connu des jours meilleurs. Pléthore de petites casseroles et c'est très bien, mais absence de marmite. Ces petits incidents ne nous ont pas privés des avantages nombreux de cette maison et notre séjour a été idéal. Donc, nous recommandons cette location et serions prêts à y revenir dans le futur. P.S. Il s'agit ici d'un problème de parcages sauvages sur les trottoirs à l'entré du portail. Certains jours il a fallu opérer de savantes manœuvres pour parvenir à entrer avec la voiture.
