Bon emplacement mais à rénover

Cet appartement à une très belle vue. Cependant le nombre de restaurant situé juste dessous pose problème côté tranquillité ! L'intérieur est vieillot et mal équipé ! Matelas de la chambre à changer dans les plus brefs délais ! Côté positif ; le parking situé en sous sol !

Très bien situé. Face au bateau passeur. Hossegor et Capbreton à 10 min à pied. Vue sur le port. Logement fonctionnel même si mériterait d être redecoré plus au goût du jour. Salle d eau rénovée agréable.

Appartement idéalement placé, fonctionnel et agréable. Le plus C est sa place de parking privative !! Seul bémol le ménage à notre arrivé était plus que sommaire !!! ( trace noire sur les portes, le sol ect)

emplacement agréable quelques manques : protection micro ondes, couverts simples en petit nombre sinon il faut utiliser de trop beaux couverts manque de rangements pour vetements
