Nice T2 apartment fully equipped between sea and golf on the heights of Biarritz limit Anglet - balcony with view on golf - residence with swimming pool - My accommodation is close to the beach, shops and restaurants, 5 minutes walk - direct access to the beach by cycle path.

You will appreciate my accommodation for comfort, location and view. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children).

Sea and Golf course

Although the accommodation contained everything that had been published, it was smaller than we expected. Nevertheless it was adequate for our needs.However, we were disappointed to find that the on site swimming pool had not opened for the season by the time we left (17th June} and suggest this should be made plain in the property description.

Hôtel à restaurer et à réorganiser

Bâtiment en triste état, sale et pas entretenu. Les couloirs, les murs sont sales, les barrières trouées/cassées/rouillées, les abords de la piscine également, mauvaises herbes, carrelages manquants... Pataugeoire pour les petits abandonnée. Choix de ce logement car annonce avec parking mais si vous voulez une place, vous devez y être avant 15h. Evidemment pas de place aux alentours et payant. Bâtiment pour un maximum de rentabilité mais sans pensée au bien-être client. Point positif : accès facile à une belle plage, aux restaurants et au centre d'Anglet.

Très bon accueil, appartement agréable fort bien situé à la limite entre Anglet et Biarritz, de quoi faire de belles balades le long du littoral. L’accès rapide aux plages à pied est un grand plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Accès plage, ville, commerces à proximité. cadre agréable.Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Encore merci de cet accueil fort sympathique. Parking voiture très pratique. Petit bémol sur le parking a vélo non sécurisé et non entretenu, et résidence parfois bruyante selon voisinage...

Un séjour de rêve !

J’ai passé dix jours dans ce charmant appartement au calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Mon grand bonheur a été de me promener chaque jour le long de l’océan qui se trouve à deux pas. Merci à Vivianne pour son accueil et la propreté des lieux. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur goût en matière de décoration. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison !

Très bon séjour

Le logement est idéalement situé, à la limite entre Anglet et Biarritz. Des commerces (boulangerie notamment) et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais très fonctionnel. La literie est de bonne qualité (y.c la canapé-lit). L'appartement est situé dans une partie de la résidence plutôt calme.

excellent séjour

Très bon accueil, appartement propre et bien agencé, avec une terrasse qui permet de s'attabler à trois ou quatre dans avec vue sur le golf. Literie top, et salle de bain propre. Grand frigo et bonne cuisine. Deux piscines grandes et propres avec des transats très confortables. Plage à 600 m à pied environ, avec une grosse montée, mais route goudronnée, ça se fait bien. Peu de restau dans le coin, mais Biarritz n'est pas loin et c'est très calme le soir et la nuit.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement complètement conforme aux photos du site .La literie est top .Il y'a tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour .Situé en face de l'océan ,pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner Et merci a Viviane pour son accueil chaleureux et sa sympathie.

Appartement proche de l'océan et propre. Bien équipé, avec une literie confortable. Situé à 5km du centre de Biarritz avec un arrêt de bus à 50m. Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.
