Nice T2 apartment fully equipped between sea and golf on the heights of Biarritz limit Anglet - balcony with view on golf - residence with swimming pool - My accommodation is close to the beach, shops and restaurants, 5 minutes walk - direct access to the beach by cycle path.

You will appreciate my accommodation for comfort, location and view. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children).

Sea and Golf course

Although the accommodation contained everything that had been published, it was smaller than we expected. Nevertheless it was adequate for our needs.However, we were disappointed to find that the on site swimming pool had not opened for the season by the time we left (17th June} and suggest this should be made plain in the property description.

HÎtel à restaurer et à réorganiser

BĂątiment en triste Ă©tat, sale et pas entretenu. Les couloirs, les murs sont sales, les barriĂšres trouĂ©es/cassĂ©es/rouillĂ©es, les abords de la piscine Ă©galement, mauvaises herbes, carrelages manquants... Pataugeoire pour les petits abandonnĂ©e. Choix de ce logement car annonce avec parking mais si vous voulez une place, vous devez y ĂȘtre avant 15h. Evidemment pas de place aux alentours et payant. BĂątiment pour un maximum de rentabilitĂ© mais sans pensĂ©e au bien-ĂȘtre client. Point positif : accĂšs facile Ă  une belle plage, aux restaurants et au centre d'Anglet.

TrĂšs bon accueil, appartement agrĂ©able fort bien situĂ© Ă  la limite entre Anglet et Biarritz, de quoi faire de belles balades le long du littoral. L’accĂšs rapide aux plages Ă  pied est un grand plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé et trÚs bien équipé. AccÚs plage, ville, commerces à proximité. cadre agréable.Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Encore merci de cet accueil fort sympathique. Parking voiture trÚs pratique. Petit bémol sur le parking a vélo non sécurisé et non entretenu, et résidence parfois bruyante selon voisinage...

J’ai passĂ© dix jours dans ce charmant appartement au calme et proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s. Mon grand bonheur a Ă©tĂ© de me promener chaque jour le long de l’ocĂ©an qui se trouve Ă  deux pas. TrÚs bon séjour

Le logement est idéalement situé, à la limite entre Anglet et Biarritz. Des commerces (boulangerie notamment) et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds. L'appartement n'est pas trÚs grand mais trÚs fonctionnel. La literie est de bonne qualité (y.c la canapé-lit). L'appartement est situé dans une partie de la résidence plutÎt calme.

excellent séjour

TrÚs bon accueil, appartement propre et bien agencé, avec une terrasse qui permet de s'attabler à trois ou quatre dans avec vue sur le golf. Literie top, et salle de bain propre. Grand frigo et bonne cuisine. Deux piscines grandes et propres avec des transats trÚs confortables. Plage à 600 m à pied environ, avec une grosse montée, mais route goudronnée, ça se fait bien. Peu de restau dans le coin, mais Biarritz n'est pas loin et c'est trÚs calme le soir et la nuit.
