We are so happy to welcome you to Blue Whale Beach House! Beautiful 1 Bedroom condo within steps of the beach!

New for 2025: Brand new KING bed & new kitchen!

Enjoy ocean views from your private balcony. Our condo is perfect for couples.

Blue Whale Beach House is the perfect getaway.

There is a new plush KING size bed with a private entrance to the bathroom and pocket door to the kitchen/family to give you privacy. The NEW kitchen comes equipped with everything you should need (if we forgot something, please let us know!) The family room has a queen size sleeper sofa if you have an extra guest, along with a Smart TV. No need to bring linens (except beach towels!) as we provide sheets, towels and even a starter kit (soap, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) so you have some supplies for when you arrive . We also provide Beach chairs & beach umbrella for you to use during your stay.


Please note: This is a SMOKE FREE & PET FREE unit.

Starter Kit includes: 4 Towel sets (Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth) Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island years ago and are so grateful we are able to share our little slice of paradise with you. No parties. We ask that you respect our home as your own. Owner has the right to charge fees for any damaged property.
Be respectful of beach equipment. Any damaged or lost items will be charged $50 per item. Do not put equipment in the ocean. Clean chairs of sand.

Beautiful! Highly recommended.

We love the resort and have visited many times...this may have been our favorite trip yet! The villa is wonderful -- great view, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The owners were very attentive as well, checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly with our stay. I will definitely look to book this property again when we plan our next trip to the island.

A Little piece of Heaven at the Blue Whale

We had a wonderful time staying at the Blue Whale. Annie and Donna are wonderful hosts!! They communicated everything we needed to know for a relaxing vacation!! They have thought of EVERYTHING to make their guests comfortable and feel welcome!! Their home is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The balcony had sun most of the day and into the evening, so we were able to enjoy morning coffee as well as meals outside most days. If available, the Blue Whale would always be our number one choice when staying in Hilton Head!

The room was very nice further away from the water than I thought. My biggest complaint is you do not explain how difficult it is to get your luggage to the room . There are very few carts for luggage. If you come in the main part it is vet steep . I had to have town employees help me. The elevators are slow . The room was very nice otherwise . A wagon would be nice to bring things to beach. The umbrella did fly out of the sand luckily it did not hit anyone .

Beautiful condo

We had a great stay at the Blue Whale Beach house! Everything was just as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the living room and kitchen were very homey. We loved sitting out on the balcony with the ocean breeze. It was a perfect place for my husband and my anniversary trip. Annie was incredibly fast at responding to any of my questions and was so nice! We will be staying again!!! Thank you so much!

Cozy and Clean, what more could you ask for?

We enjoyed our stay! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The master bed was comfortable and we loved the sheets and pillows (the owners did not skimp on this). The balcony doesn't get direct sun, so it is a nice place to have breakfast. Overall, great experience!

Perfect Little getaway

I absolutely loved making the blue whale my home for the week during my stay on HHI. I go every year and have rented a few other condos and this one I will be renting again for sure. The owner, Annie was very communicative and friendly and made sure I had everything I’d need and then some. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect. The condo was very clean and I loved the simple, beachy decor (including the blue whale itself ☺️). I already can’t wait to stay again next year and I will definitely be reserving this place again. Thanks!

Perfect Size for 2

We’ve stayed at the Beach and Tennis condos before but this was a tremendous upgrade from our previous one. The entire place was clean and had everything we needed to cook when we did as well as beach chairs which were great so we didn’t have to bring our own. It was nice that the owner checked in with us the day we arrived and never bothered us, just let us know they were available if we needed anything.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time there. Condo was right on the beach. Place was very clean and we had enough towels. We even had chairs to take to the beach. WiFi was great. We didn’t have any problems.

Just what we needed!

The condo is very comfortable and well furnished with all that we needed. The location is great with everything on the grounds and to the ocean easily accessible. We just wish we’d had at least a week or ten days to thoroughly enjoy “Blue Whale Beach House”! Thank you for opening your paradise to us!

Why they chose this property

We searched all over for the perfect property when we decided to purchase in Hilton Head last year. We love that Hilton Head Beach & Tennis has everything onsite. From bike rentals to happy hour, it's a one stop shop! And closest to our favorite restaurant- Skull Creek Boathouse!

What makes this property unique

We love this unit because we have an exterior entrance- no loud hallways to worry about here! Also being on the 3rd floor, you get a view and do not hear the cars or anyone on top of you.
