Terms and Conditions:

Rally Point

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking and remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival. If reserving less than 60 days in advance, half will be due upon signing the contract and half 14 days prior to arrival.  The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of credit card.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation for a 100% refund. A 50% refund between 15 and 29 days before check in. Late cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. PET FEES – This is a pet friendly cabin although there is a 95.00 pet fee involved. There may be additional fees involved with additional pets.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six
(6) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed.  THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.  Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front.  An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
