Immaculate and beautiful coastal interiors for you to always feel like you are on a break from life. Balcony and bedroom waterviews.10 mins from pristine and gorgeous Ft. De Soto beach, 5 mins from Pass-a-Grille beach. 20 mins from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, 25 mins from Tampa International Airport. 15 mins from the diverse, enjoyable downtown St. Pete.

This is a luxury coastal residence with a beautiful pool and spa that overlooks the sunrise to the right and sunset to left. Smile as you see pods of dolphins and manatees swim by the sea wall while you sip your morning coffee or savor your lunch and dinner at the dining nook we provide on the balcony.

This is a small condo complex with very friendly and accommodating residents. You won’t feel like you are a stranger in a new place.

Another plus many renters don’t appreciate until they have to get in an oven hot car that has sat in the strong Florida sun is the covered parking slot provided with this condo.

Get the fun and thrill of catching fish (even if you haven’t fish before) by the sea wall.

We provide your fun tools of the trade- big beach umbrella, chairs, towels and fishing poles.

The condo is elegantly furnished with coastal theme and equipped with home appliances and kitchen tools worthy of a cook and homemaker.

Minimum of one month rental. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules.

I can provide more pics, videos, and information on this property as well as tips and recommendations on things to do in the area. We also sanitize our condo prior to occupancy and will provide initial supply of hand sanitizers and wipes for your comfort and safety.

Given the many who are now wary of scams on both sides of owner/potential renters, I can provide proof of ownership and will also require ID from would be renters.

Spotless, beautiful and close to everything

We stayed for one month - last week of March thru 3rd week of April. The condo is beautifully furnished and spotless - the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The condo complex has a beautiful pool area and awesome water views - we observed dolphins and manatee right off the bay wall. Weather was perfect. Condo is close to everything - groceries, beaches, restaurants. Loved going to the Pass-a-grill beach area where we recommend the Seahorse for breakfast. Also enjoyed Tierre Verde and the Island Grill. Enjoyed the walking/bicycling path across the road from the condo complex. Would definitely stay here again.
