Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Historic Old Northeast; a quiet and charming residential area with tree lined brick streets. We are walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, only a 5min drive to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 10 minute walk to Vinoy Park, 25min drive to TPA and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful, St. Pete beach.

You will have the entire home to yourself! Two spacious queen size bedrooms upstairs with walk in closets, a small balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and a full bathroom on the top floor with both bedrooms have private access to. On the main floor is an intimate living room with a smart TV, dining table, large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a half bath and laundry closet.

Pet fee - $190 per pet. No shoes allowed inside the house. No parties allowed. Please keep noise level to a minimum especially after 9.30pm.
Only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Everything else should go in the trash bins provided.

I moved to New York in 2012 until I made the move to St. Petersburg. My goal was to renovate and design this rental to suit the needs of a short term renter!

This property is situated in the heart of Historic Old Northeast which is a highly desired neighborhood located adjacent to bustling Downtown St. Pete. There are a handful of unique cafes and restaurants near by. Vinoy Park is a beautiful waterfront area just a walk away and the one and only St. Pete beach is just 20 minute drive. We provide 2 beach chairs, beach bag, towels, blanket and a cooler for your perfect beach day!
