Step onto the oceanfront deck with your morning coffee and watch dolphins trace arcs through the water below - or catch a glimpse of whales passing in the distance. This is Beach Road living at its most unfiltered: salt air, unobstructed ocean views, and the sand just steps from your door.

The home
This entire beachfront home in Dana Point accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area invites you to settle in with two sofas, a 60` TV, and a dining table that seats eight - all arranged to keep the coastal view front and center throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The Master Suite offers a King bed. Bedroom 2 is set up with one Queen bed and one Full bed. Bedroom 3 features a King bed. Two couches in the living room provide additional lounging space for the group.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked to handle everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender - along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. Pull up a chair at the dining table for eight when it`s time to eat.

Outdoor living
Outside, the private patio overlooks the ocean with seating and a BBQ grill ready for alfresco meals. The private hot tub - available all year, open 24 hours - sits right along the waterfront, giving you a front-row view of the sea as you soak. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are on hand for time spent on the sand just beyond the door.

Amenities & comfort
Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door keep you connected when needed. A washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage take care of practicalities. Heating and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable. For families, a crib and Pack `n Play/Travel crib are available upon request. Safety amenities include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Access & parking
Self check-in is handled via keypad - a door code is issued before arrival, making the process seamless on your end. Free parking on premises accommodates up to four vehicles in the driveway. No street parking is available.

Location
Directly on Beach Road with waterfront and beach access, Dana Point places you within easy reach of the harbor, local dining, and coastal activities up and down the Orange County coastline.

Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines.

Note: The hot tub is cleaned 3 times per week. On the day you check in as well as Tuesday and Thursday. The timing depends on the Spa cleaners schedule that day.

We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
