UNOBSTRUCTED WHITE WATER VIEW! Right across from the PIER

Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed, white-water and pier views from your living room and private balcony. This condominium is located in the FAMOUS San Clemente Pier Bowl and is steps to the pier and FABULOUS Fisherman's Restaurant where you can enjoy San Clemente sunsets at their finest. Beautiful antique shops and quaint village shopping is all within walking distance.

This unit has recently been completely redecorated and everything is new and beautiful. The master bedroom offers "5-star hotel like" elegance with king-size sleeping accommodations and a private bath. The secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a hall bath with the third bedroom which offers two twin bunk bed sets brightly decorated for children's amusement!

The Coaster (Amtrak) stops daily at the pier and will transport travelers to San Diego where you can catch local transportation to Del Mar Racetrack, world-famous San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, Sea World, or Old Town San Diego... even the Mexican border town Tijuana! To the north of us Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and Universal Studios also await.

With steps to the beach and covered picnic/barbecue area you are sure to enjoy your San Clemente vacation! We love our San Clemente home and want you to enjoy it as much as we do!

Prices quoted are for parties of 4. For parties of 5 or more, there may be an additional nominal charge, as our expenses increase accordingly. I am happy to answer any questions. I will do my best to accommodate any special requests and be flexible with dates, length of stay and price when possible.

Angela was an exceptionally kind and accommodating host. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. The bedrooms are all dark, which meant very good rest in the evenings. One particularly important thing to note is that all the furniture is comfortable. The mattresses, the couch, the chairs, even the patio furniture are all fantastic. The tv is large and has cable that works really well. WiFi is great. This place feels like home. While we spent most our time out and about at the beach, pool, and nearby attractions, our time spent in the unit was absolutely wonderful. We can’t wait to come again!!

This was my second time staying in Angela's lovely condo. We had a wonderful time with everything so close by and great meals at Nick's, BeachFire and the Oyster Bar at the Pier. Fun breakfast at West Toast right on the beach. We walked every day and relaxed on the balcony. View is gorgeous! Condo is sparkling clean and Angela treats her guests as friends. Always responsive, kind and gracious. We can't wait to return!

Gorgeous spot

Fantastic location, walkable to the beach and nearby coffee shop, market, and pizza place. The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of spices and oils already there so we didn’t need to buy any. Beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella available with wagon to haul it all down. Very convenient! Lovely space, would definitely stay again!

Perfect San Clemente Getaway

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in San Clemente this is it!! Very centrally located to everything you need. Including walking distance to the best beach in town. Fishermen’s restaurant is also walking distance which has an amazing happy hour and dinner menu!! Thank you for the amazing time!!
