In an elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea. Private: garden 600 m2 (not fenced). Bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 2.9 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 3.8 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr Sur Mer, 5 km.

Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.
