In an elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea. Private: garden 600 m2 (not fenced). Bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 2.9 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 3.8 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr Sur Mer, 5 km.

Terrace 30 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Die Lage des Ferienhauses war sensationell. Der Ausblick auf das Meer einmalig. Leider ist das Ferienhaus von der Einrichtung her unbedingt zu modernisieren. Die Betten sind sehr abgenutzt und teilweise kaputt. Das Haus war bei Übernahme verschmutzt und die Dusche verstopft. Wir haben dies selber reinigen müssen und den Abfluss der Dusche komplett von Haaren und anderen Sachen befreien. Das Geschirr war komplett dreckig und verklebt, die Bettdecken waren auch dreckig. Wenn die Sauberkeit zukünftig hergestellt und das Haus etwas modernisiert wird, ist es aufgrund seiner Lage für ruhesuchende Menschen zu empfehlen.

Prachtig uitzicht

Allereerst heerlijk genoten van de prachtige locatie tussen de wijngaarden en het fantastische uitzicht over de baai. Het is een avontuur om op je locatie te komen over een onverhard stukje weg , maar dat wend. De locatie is ook centraal gelegen om een dagje naar een leuke stad te gaan of dorpjes te bezoektijden . Saint Cyr sur Mer heeft een prachtig strand op 10 minuten rijden. Verder zou het 1 en ander wel verbeterd kunnen worden, zoals betere. Verlichting en haakjes in de keuken om theedoek op te hangen. Bedden waren ook beetje gammel maar lagenwrl lekker. Het uitzicht maakt wel heel veel goed.

Gite très agréable

Joli gite à flanc de colline, au milieu des vignes avec une magnifique vue. Gîte bien équipé, mériterait des couettes au lieu de couvertures anciennes. Un lave-linge serait apprécié pour des séjours plus longs. Bien placé pour découvrir le Var et sa région. Vacances très agréables

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem Häuschen Ferien verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden was man Braucht. Auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Wer die Ruhe sucht, und ein wenig beweglich ist, dem kann ich dieses heimelige Häuschen empfehlen. Einzig, mit der Sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas punkten.

Das Häuschen liegt abseits und trumpft mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Die Einrichtung bietet alles Notwendige. An den Betten könnte man die Aufenthaltsqualität noch verbessern. Im Ganzen aber empfehlenswert und attraktiv für einen wiederholten Aufenthalt. Sympathisch!

Wir haben jetzt schon zum dritten Mal, hier in diesem Haus, wunderbare Ferien verbracht. Wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sind, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Einzig in einem Zimmer, ist die Matratze sehr hart und unbequem - im zweiten Zimmer hat man dieses Problem behoben und dort schläft man viel bequemer! Aber sonst ist alles ok und wir freuen uns schon, nächstes Jahr wieder eine Woche in Saint Cyr zu geniessen.

Idyll in den Weinbergen

Uriges kleines Häuschen, sehr gemütlich, Terrasse mit Traumblick. Zufahrt nichts für tiefergelegte Pkw. Ideal mit Hund. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, Innentreppe ist nicht ohne. Im Sommer heizen sich die Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sehr auf, eine Klimaanlage würde es perfekt machen. Unten bleibt es kühl. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Maison typique et charmante avec une très belle vue, mais prestations de mauvaise qualité et c’est bien dommage ...literie médiocre qui grince au moindre mouvement en plus d’être inconfortable, salle de bain et cuisine minimaliste et datant, porte du four ne fermant pas, portes de douche qui menacent de se décrocher, installation électrique certainement pas aux normes, nombreuses rallonges et multiprises en série... Maison pas propre du tout à l’arrivée,pas sécurisant en pleine période COVID!!!

Belle maison,au calme,proche des plages, magnifique vue, encore plus belle que sur la photo du site, la mer est beaucoup plus proche que sur la photo.Par contre équipements sommaires: manque une machine à laver, très petit four, plaque électrique 2 feux ,pas la place pour 2 poêles,il y a la place de faire mieux. Kleines Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Kleines einfaches Haus für max. 4 Erwachsene mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Von der Terrasse aus beobachtet man jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Mit Hund das optimale Feriendomizil. Allerdings ist es sehr einfach eingerichtet, der Weg zum Ferienhaus sehr steil und zum Teil hopriger Feldweg, nichts für ängstliche Autofahrer. Zudem benötigt man schon fast einen geländetauglichen Wagen. Der Weg zum Strand ist leider auch mehr als die 3 angegebenen Kilometer. Eher 5 bis 6 km. Zu unserem großen Bedauern gab es an den Fenstern keine Insektenschutzgitter. Wir hatten Ende August/ Anfang September jeden Abend eine regelrechte Stechmückenplage, auch im Haus. Wäre schön, wenn der Vermieter Insektenschutzgitter an Fenster und Türe anbringen würde.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir es eigentlich gar nicht weiterempfehlen sollten ;-), da wir bald wieder kommen möchten. Das Haus ist ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage phantastisch.
